God only answers those that seem to care what he has to say. You being a non-believing heathen, have demonstrated to Him that you do not care what He has to say. So, anytime you make a request, He will ignore you. If you change your ways and (honestly) believe in Him, he will respond to you. Do not expect Him you speak to you immediately. He has faced billions of "here today, gone tomorrow" converts and so time must pass and you must demonstrate your faith to convince Him you are True Christian™.

Rape is illegal in the United States of America. Since you are all so well "informed" with the laws of the Lord, maybe you should become more well informed with the laws of your own country. If you are a citizen of the United States, it is your duty to your country to abide by those laws. This means convicting a rapist and sending him to jail. Not once in the Bible does it mention that a woman has to marry her rapist. In fact, a woman should be able to marry whomever she wants to marry. It is her choice, just like it is a man's choice. Women and men are equal. What if a woman raped a man? Would he have to marry her? Hypocrisy is lying not only to others, but also to yourself. And lying is a sin in the eyes of the Lord.

You may have noticed but the KJ Bible and many laws in the U.S. are not in agreement with each other. For example: Abortion is legal. However, even masturbation as well as abortion are sins under God punishable by death! Under the KJ Bible a man may have many wives at the same time, but not in America. (Unless you're a Mormon.) So, what is Hypocrisy? The good news here is most rapists do not want to marry the woman they violate. They kill them instead (that is ok if they were whores or nonbelievers). Of course, statistics do show lots of these unfortunate women are in abusive relationships with a "boyfriend" and it this friend who rapes them. That's because she probably does not listen and isn't worthy of marriage due to her bad attitude and lack of Faith.

You see, I want Salvation and you are not going to get it with that attitude of yours around here. Look at the negative crap on my point card and all I did was come here looking for a cuddly warm place to tell my cat story. Fess up - you either follow the rules according to KJB or be damned.

Truth is, I was totally sincere before. I begged and pleaded for Jesus to help me. I got no answer. I was in a terrible place, emotionally, in tears on nearly a daily basis and Jesus actually did less to comfort me than my teddy bear. When I finally did look for answers about why God wasn't there for me, I realized there is no God and I have to take care of things myself.

My question is, who would WANT to marry someone that has taken their honor by force? I understand it's against God's will to murder an unborn child, but who would wish that upon someone? Honestly, I think that the people on this thread that are pushing for her marriage to this pervert are sick. It's her choice whether she wants to press charges or not. It's her choice whether she wants to abort that baby or not. NOBODY can take your GOD GIVEN RIGHT OF FREE CHOICE. I can't support any of this by scripture because, honestly, I haven't read the Bible since I was three. And I don't really believe in God either, but seriously. Don't any of you have ANY common sense at ALL? How would YOU feel if some man or woman forced you to have sexual intercourse with them. It's happened to me. And it's NOT pretty. It takes a serious toll on the mental stability of people. And having that poor girl MARRY the guy that did that to her? What do you think is going to happen if they unite in holy matrimony? He'll end up beating her every day of her life and probably the child, too. Just think about this.

If that is the word of God and it is pretty damn clear, what would you like to do. It does sort of change ones perspective as God as this warm fuzzy guy who is there to make us all feel good. Anyway, I do not know why you are worried. Most rapists do not want to marry their conquest and it is there choice not hers. You should be glad we have laws created by man to fill in the gaps here and make some of feel better for the moment. But that does not mean it is God's will or his word. My personal take is if a man does this, he is obligated to provide for the woman, to feed and cloth her as long as she pleases him. Considering the cost of living today and how bitchy and slutty some of the female unsaved, I guess that would be for the man to deal with.

Alright, why is it the MAN'S choice to marry whomever he pleases, but women have no choice in the matter? That's entirely unfair...I HAVE read the KJ Bible and not one place says, "Thou should unite in holy matrimony with thy rapist who stole your honor and dignity". I KNOW God isn't warm and fuzzy. LOOK AT THIS WORLD. Look at all the shit that's going on. But I don't see how GOD could want a woman to marry her rapist. I just can't fathom or grasp that concept.
