I know that many of you, like me, get so mad we could just spit, when we hear how thoroughly the world despises Jesus's compassionate words found in the Beatitudes:
Blessed are the poor: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Amen, oh Lord Jesus, Amen.
The Europeans, it goes without saying, don't share our deep American-bred compassion for the poor, the indigent and for all of those who need a wee bit more help. For example, check out this travesty promulgated by some European Danish European "scientists", who mockingly assert that
organic agriculture benefits the poor! Uhm, excuse me, what the poor need is food in their guts, not some elitist paganism about "planting enough to feed the bugs, too." I'll tell you, it's attitudes like that that pull Jesus up by the short hairs.
Listen, Jesus hates organic agriculture because it's (1) hoity toity, (2) inefficient, (3) expensive, (4) unattractive, (5) Caucasian, (6) content with failure, (7) superstition-bound, and (8) pure brain-dead stupid (from the perspective of those who are God-led to feed the world).
But these are the end times, so I guess we should expect abominations such as this:
