Jeremiah 36:2
Take thee a roll of a book, and write therein all the words that I have spoken unto thee against Israel, and against Judah, and against all the nations, from the day I spake unto thee, from the days of Josiah, even unto this day.
God's Word was written by holy men moved by the Holy Ghost.
II Peter 1:21
For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
The Holy Bible was written by God, through men. The best way to simply describe the inspiration and preservation of the Bible is as follows:
Inspiration is when God takes a blank piece of paper (papyrus, vellum, etc.) and uses men to write His words.
Preservation is when God takes those words already writtenand uses men to preserve them to today.
Both of these actions are DIVINE and are assured by God as recorded in
Psalm 12:6-7
The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.
In Psalm 12:6, God assures us that His originals are perfect. Even though penned by fallible men with the heinous sins of murder (Moses and David), adultery (David), idolatry (Solomon), and denial of the LORD (Peter), God's Word is untainted by the sins of the penmen. Psalm 12:7 plainly states, "thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever."
Thus we have God promising to preserve the same Words that He inspired. Not too much of a feat to overwhelm such an omnipotent Being... That the originals were inspired and preserved perfectly in their entirety is an undisputed fact.

Read my comment one more time. I already said that humans wrote the book and were supposedly told to do so by God. You still haven't said how that proves the men wrote that book because a supernatural being said so. All references are made within the same book. Thus it cannot be taken as evidence.
The Lord of the rings books say that an evil guy named Sauron who lived in a realm called Middle Earth made a bunch of rings and gave them to dwarves, elves and men and then made another one for himself that controlled the others so he could enslave the others who wore the rings. There is no evidence of it happening outside of the books that claim this, yet the story is very complex and in great detail, and it cannot be disproved so it must be true.
Do you also believe that because a book said so? There is some seriously broken logic with religious believers.
To Didymus Much: As I write this comment I have received an infraction for; 'Practicing occultism (science or other) on GOD's favorite forum'
So stop with the 'if you just tried being nice to these people' nonsense or the lack of ability to state untruths as the terms and conditions state. An untruth would be precisely that - something that is not true. Science is a compilation of known and observable facts based on reality. Wait a minute I mentioned science again.... D'oh! Unless you have not used science AT ALL to support your arguments sometime or another in your 1000+ posts on this forum then you are plainly lying about not having your posts censored in some way.

There's a whole thread on that - thousands of posts! In the end even atheists agreed that the Earth was flat once they saw that the Bible could not be false.
....... ...... .......... ... right I'm not even gonna answer this...
.... Every time I have come on this website, I see comments, and over such messages to atheists and over religious people, that this website is not a debating site... so you are calling out other people, for not debating with you.... when they have been told not to debate on this website....

God does touch me in bad places.
Places that make me mad. Places that make me ashamed of the human race. Places of emotion, that provoke an emotional response such as anger.
I have a good idea of what you thought that meant.
Hatred is defined as an intense dislike or ill will.
Calling someone crazy is neither. Try again, Mr.'Cancer of society'.

It's so funny when we get an angry kid in here persecuting us. They're always so confident they see things clearly.
Thanks for persecuting us. It just makes me more confident I am doing the right thing showing soft Christians and atheists the true message from God that there can be no middle ground if you follow the Bible to the letter.

You just used an untruth right there. No True Christian™ would say "my book says a snake and a woman was the source of all problems" because the 1611 King James Bible says nothing about a woman and a snake being the source of all problems. We examine and read all of your poppycock theories so why don't you try reading all of our evidence as found in the 1611 King James Bible?

Do you really think a personal attack is a valid reply that my assertion that Invisible Pink Unicorns exist? Come on.

I just find this wrong in a weird way, you say you believe in the existence of invisible pink unicorns, you come across as a little bit of a mad man mate….
Just… wow….

I never said that if God didn't exist, we wouldn't exist. There are well reasoned naturalistic processes like spontaneous generation to create a human without God. The reason we know God created us is because God said so.
What I am saying "If God didn't exist, The Bible wouldn't be here."

The lord of the rings books say there are Orcs and elves.
Orcs and elves do not exist.
A book is not proof of anything.

Sure a book proves nothing in itself. But were talking about a book written by God Himself! There is no better observer than God.
Put it this way; if God came up to on the street and told you "Yo homeboy, dig this; I created your skanky ass from dust like the bomb I am, forget this evolution shitz and groove with me " would you doubt him?

The Bible was written by humans, not God According to you God told the humans what to write down in the bible, he didnt write it himself, thus, you believe those humans saying that god told them this and that. Strange how u cant believe other people though
Also, Ted the Alien exists, it's thanks to him that the big bang happened, he tried to brew beer in the kitchen when it blew up and boom, the big bang happened and the earth was created! Prove me wrong tyvm! without using vague scripts written by humans, that supposedly spoke to God about what to write.

Please read my sermon HERE on how to tell which Bible is actually the literal Word of God.
I'm Praying that Jesus pull the scales from your eyes and fills you with the Holy Spirit. It must hurt to that unsaved.
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
