We Republicans Must Rally Around Alabama Gov. Bob Bentley -
03-24-2016, 03:01 AM
It's the tread these to pile on a Republican leader for no reason at all.
Alabama's Gov. Bob Bentley, a distinguished physician and political leader, decided a while back his wife of 50 years was hurting his political career. Gov. Bob has made a career out of talking up his Christian faith, family values and the sin of homerism. But, he needs a marriage partner that is part of his team. He made a professional decision to court a younger female staff member.
His divorce in taking place, but now the press and disloyal underlings cannot seem to leave him alone. Now they have released "sex tapes" that they claim are the Governor talking to the staff woman about certain personal things.
For the good of the Republican Party, we need to defend this Godly man from the unjust attacks taking place right now. In this picture the staff lady linked to the Governor.
Here's the story: On Tuesday, the two-term governor fired the state's top cop. That same day, the now-fired top cop told AL.com that Bentley had been having an affair with one of his top advisers. And he said he could prove it.
The governor has denied affair rumors in the past, calling them "ridiculous."
Bentley hasn't been able to shake that over the past year, whether in unsubstantiated blogs or in the halls of Alabama's capitol, there has been a rumor swirling he was having an affair with his chief adviser, Rebekah

You can just look at him and tell he is a fine, upstanding man. He bears a slight passing resemblance to our beloved youth minister Harry.

Hey I live in Alabama! Maybe I could help?
Revelation 6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

The governor seems to be a good upstanding man! Of course, in this liebral era, everyone attempts to go after the few remaining good, Christian politicians we have. And besides, even if (and clearly he wasn't) he was having an affair, it's his wife's fault; she should have worked hard enough for herself and her home to be a warm inviting castle for her husband!

I can understand people who say Governor Bentley is just another philandering politician. But, let consider the whole man, not just one part of him.
The Governor's Christian faith runs deep. He talks of little else but the sins of homerism and abortion. Alabama would be nothing but a hot state of sin without him.
So, let's not judge him too quickly. He deserves careful consideration of the circumstances. How did his wife conduct herself during this period? How did the younger woman conduct herself?
One question that has come up is who paid the salary of this young woman who was a "staff member"? No one seems to know the source of this money. Maybe a political enemy put her in his office and paid her salary. We need to know all the circumstances before we condemn this wonderful man.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

Let's take a look at the soon to be ex-Mrs. Bentley.
She clearly has the chin of a witch. I suspect she had bewitched him for many years and only through his faith in Christ Jesus was he able to finally reject her magic spells after 50 years of supposed support and companionship. I'm surprised she didn't just go full-witch and sport a giant wart on her nose as well just to further the public humiliation of being cuckolded by Satan. Poor man must have been completely under her spell to have missed all this.
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

I've passed through Alabama on business many times and seen plenty of women like "Mrs. Bentley" at various roadside restaurants, coffee shops, truck stop cafes, and family chain restaurants. It's no wonder to me that Gov. Bentley is looking elsewhere for companionship.
How would YOU like to live for 50 years with a woman who looks as though she wants to steer you away from a booth and seat you at the counter because you're not with a party of three or more? It's not a very pleasant existence, let me tell you.

No question, she is a witch. She looks like one. I say burn her.

Honestly, I've always thought Southern Baptists were a little too liberal. Now, they have adopted the Unitarian Universalist's doctrine of deciding women are always right and Godly men like Governor Bentley are always wrong. The Governor served as a Sunday School Teacher and Deacon of his church. Now they are kicking him out.
If Governor Bentley now becomes a leader among the atheists that church has only itself to blame:
Embattled Alabama governor no longer member of Southern Baptist church
NewsBob Allen | March 29, 2016
The governor of Alabama is no longer a member of First Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa after allegations he had an inappropriate relationship with a female adviser, also a member of the church.
“While church discipline is a church family matter, both Governor Robert Bentley and Mrs. Rebekah Mason are no longer members of First Baptist Church Tuscaloosa,” Senior Pastor Gil McKeetold the Christian News Network March 25 after release earlier in the week of audio recordings implying the two were in a physical relationship.
Robert Bentley
“I continue to pray for each of them,” the pastor of the 3,300-member church affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention said without getting into when the church fellowship ended or under what circumstances.
Bentley, a Sunday school teacher and four-time deacon chair at First Baptist Church, apologized for making “inappropriate comments” to his senior political adviser, who is married with three children, but denied his sexual advances led to a “physical affair.”
Telephone conversations secretly recorded by Bentley’s then-suspicious and now ex-wife in 2014 suggest otherwise, leading to calls for his resignation and an investigation into whether he misused state funds to facilitate the relationship.
