You're twisting Catholic beliefs beyond recognition. It feels as if you're trying to tell us that we believe in stuff that we don't actually believe in.

Then I don't "feel like" wasting my time trying to show you the error of your ways, lazy butt.

Why are you so hostile towards Catholics? We believe in Christianity also, we just have slightly different ways of doing it.

Your hating of Catholics is contradictory... you're saying that Roman Catholicism is the worst religion yet it's just another branch of Christianity. How can you say that a branch of Christianity is the worst religion if you're Christians yourselves?

No, it's not for you aren't Christians.
A Christian is one who follow the teachings of CHRIST. Hence the name.
But you 'catholics' follow the false and evil dogma of a HUMAN CHURCH.
Tell me:
What does the Bible say about calling men (who in your case aren't even your biological parent) "father"?
What does the Bible say about praying to 'saints' and Mary as mediums/mediatrix?
What does the Bible say about erecting statues and idols?
Where in the Bible is the title "Queen of Heaven" (a title you 'catholics' give to Mary) mentioned?
What does the Bible say about forbidding to marry? (As you forbid your 'priests'.)
If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: But if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.
A foolish woman is clamorous: She is simple, and knoweth nothing.

Prove it.
The truth is, Baptists pre-date catlickers. Ever heard of John the Baptist? Take a look at THIS. Baptists were the first Christians!

And why did you think we are called "Baptists?" Did you even bother to read the article I linked?

I did, but I couldn't make any sense out of it. Most of it is a Baptist saying that they were the first Christians without any proof whatsoever - just what he believes.

Hi, I was just wondering why you are so against Catholics?, I mean, they follow the exact same principles as us, worship god and live their lives based upon the teachings contained in the holy bible.
I was in Itlay once and almost everyone there was 100% religious. Every Sunday, the churches were filled with everyone in the town. Every bedroom had a holy bible and a cross at their bedhead.
Our religion is almost the same as theirs, so why must we not accept them?

That isn't anywhere near valid proof, sir. Maybe a short class in photography to make sense of the fact there is a relatively long shutter on the camera. It was quite evident due to the fact that the embers look like trails of light instead of static placements.
I can take my camera out right now and tweak it to have the same exact shutter speed and take a picture of a burning flame and it will be extended beyond regular proportions. Also, the picture of the Pope and the flame has absolutely no meaning whatsoever, anyone can go ahead and take that exact same pose and I can go find an image of a burning flame/take an image of a burning flame and compare.
It makes no sense to judge other religions when you do not point out the flaws of ones own. It would be a lie to say a religion has no flaws.

Who is this "us" you keep talking about? What part of "Unsaved = Unwelcome" don't you get?
"Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds" -- 2 John 1:9-11
Mary worshipers aren't even Christian, as has been well-documented. Go back and read this thread from the beginning. I take it you're a bead counter too?

Just a message for you Pastor Ezekiel.
1. may I begin by saying that you have no right to "accuse" me of being a mary worshipper. judging simply because my avatar depicts mother mary is not kind. - "Judge not, that ye be not judged."
2. I actaully was wondering why I have already received the label Unsaved Trash, I have done no sin, and in fact I don't think I'd be going too far to say that perhaps you, yourself are going against the word of god. - Don't mistreat strangers
- Don't hate people
- Love thy neighbor as thyself.
- Be kind to others
- Do not oppress one another
- Be careful how you speak; words can do great damage
- No one knows what happens after we die and no one can tell another how to live
- Show empathy toward others
- Do all things with love
- Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying.
- Be merciful, kind, humble, and forgiving toward one another
- Don't judge other people
- Avoid evil, malice, hypocrisy, and envy. Don't speak badly about others
- Speak not evil of one another.
3. I did read the beginning of the post, that is what captured my attention and also the reason I replied. I must say that this is no proof, no genuine proof that they are evil. I quite respect Catholics, especially after the kindness pope john Paul showed to his attacker (the man who shot him)
4. Actually, I have been christian all of my life - Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely
im not trying to change you, just to free you of all hatred that you seem to hold so strong - Strive to do good in this life. You only get one chance
I do not mean for you to take this personally, I am delivering this message with no hatred in my heart, just a hope that you will listen and that perhaps you will show a little more kindness to those less educated and fortunate than you. I know god will forgive, because he forgives all who wish to be forgiven.
You have been blessed with a christian upbringing, some out there don't even believe in christ. I know that with god's word you have the ability to change others lives for the better, to make others better people like yourself.
I hope you have a good new year
...
"Blessed are the peacemakers"
John 15:12-13
My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends

Boo hoo. Iran is 100% religious as well, I take it you're keen on them too? They worship idols and blaspheme against God, so they must be destroyed. End of story.

As I recall, you posted this rant in another thread, for no reason whatsoever. Anyway, no-one accused you of being a Mary-worshipper because your avatar depicted Mary, we accused you of being a Mary-worshipper because you defended Mary-worship! Repent!
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.
God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

Good sir or madam
you are a bit of a bint aren't you? If you were to trace your catholic roots all the way back to Rome and then beyond, you would find...(and it's not hard to do either) that you worship Semiramis and her son Tammuz. In Dante's inferno, she is depicted in the second circle of Hell. She is not mentioned in the Bible but it is believed she was married to Nimrod (the king who built the tower of Babel).
She deifies herself...meaning she made herself God and claimed to come from the fish God Dagon which wore miters like the pope now wears.
This stuff is not hard to find...it is what is at the root of your so called religion. You worship Tammuz believing it to be Christ.
Who is represented in this picture?
Mary of the Catholic religion
and this is Hectate aka Semiramis
Roman Catholicism teaches that Mary is a "mediator," and prayers to her are an intricate part of Roman Catholic worship. There is no biblical basis for this concept, yet it was not alien to the worship of the pagan Babylonian mother goddess. A title born by the Babylonian goddess is "mylitta," that is, the "mediatrix" or "mediator." The Apostle Paul, however, made it quite clear that Jesus the Christ is the only mediator between God and man:
For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all, the testimony to which was borne at the proper time.
Semiramis was the female equivalent Baalti, meaning "MY LADY" in English, "MEA DOMINA" in Latin, and corrupted as "MADONNA" in Italian.
To you agents of false religions and atheists...

All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the Lord weigheth the spirits.

incidentally those little fish on Catholic cars? Pagan Dagon God symbols. You have only been told they represent the feeding of the multitude to keep you catholics quiet.
they also mean Pisces believe it or not...the ancient Babylonian worship of Dagon was also astrological in design.
