I've been praying for a while now but I am yet to see any newspaper headlines about miraculous regrowth. What could be going wrong?

There must be some counter prayer taking place. Or perhaps the liberally biased media is trying to maintain the illusion that there are no miracles.

Yes, they do that. Last year I was walking with my oldest brother Enoch. He suddenly dropped to his knees and had excruciating chest pain. I also dropped to my knees and prayed to my savior Jesus Christ for help. Others panicked and called the paramedics who administered CPR and rushed him to hospital. I was then on my own praying for another two hours until I knew that He had answered my prayers.
Enoch is fine now apart from total paralysis. I tried to speak to the local media about this miracle but they are just not interested. No doubt too busy covering local gay pride events.

Genesis 22:2 And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.
I know God wouldn't let me believe in Him if He didn't exist.

I have an idea: let's pray that anyone wrathfully imprecating poor Amy's Godly family die suddenly from a heart attack so that they are unable to pray against us. Then our prayers will be the only one's that God hears and Amy will be suddenly and miraculously healed!

Re: Let's all pray for God to heal Aimee's stump hands. -

Have we tried praying together in groups, rather than praying individually? I have found this to be more effective, since it allows us to harness the full power of Jesus.
Matthew 18:20
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power
The man who is being progressively sanctified will inescapably sanctify his home, school, politics, economics, science, and all things else by understanding and interpreting all things in terms of the Word of God and by bringing all things under the Dominion of Christ the King. -R.J. Rushdoony

Perhaps there's some unrepentant sin she's harboring. She may not even know it, that happens sometimes.
I just hope she'll hear the prompting of the Holy Spirit whispering to her what she needs to confess before it's too late and she dies in this state of disrepair.
Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.
James 5:16
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Wonderful observation, Sister. It seems we have these two issues, questions as to the soul of Aimee, and then as you note, her state of disrepair.
Perhaps we are praying for both and should focus on only one issue at a time.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

I heard that her father is already writing a biography of her, under the assumption that her hands won't grow back! He's calling it A Farewell to Arms: The Aimee Copeland Story.
I, for one, will not be buying it.

Let's show the hateful bigots who think we hate Aimee because we acknowledge the truth that God must hate her to rot her limbs to stumps then refuse to heal her.
What have you been doing that's positive? We've been praying to God.

It appears Aimee just didn't have enough faith in Jesus' restorative powers.
Despite our fervent prayers she hasn't gotten any better. This is clearly her own fault.
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

I've been praying for this ungrateful cripple for months now.
Not so much as a flicker of healing. She must have really annoyed God.

The rotting hasn't reached her vile, disbelieving head yet??
How long is this going to take??

Our God is a merciful and loving God. He's clearly giving her earthly agony during which to repent and seek true healing rather than an eternity of agony in Hell. It's for the best.
I guess the answer to that is, "For as long as it takes her black and faithless heart to get right with Jesus!"

I have to confess, as much as I tried to pray for God to replace her stumps with attractive, feminine hands, I simply could not get out of my mind what a disgusting freakish appearance she has. So it may well be my fault that God has punished her.
Sorry.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Some church groups tried to tell Aimee's story on Broadway. Read how Satan moved in to steal 2 million dollars from the church and close the show:

This just goes to show that even with the fervent prayers of True Christians™ en masse, no healing will take place if the potential beneficiary has insufficient faith.
Matthew 9:28-29
And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.
Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.
Acts 14:8-10
And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother's womb, who never had walked:
The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed,
Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked.
I think that Aimee owes us an apology for wasting our time. What is so hard about getting down on your knees and accepting Christ? Even moreso with healed stumps thrown in as part of the package? The illogic of the unsaved never fails to confound me.
