3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

An interesting commentary on these verses: The Most MISUNDERSTOOD Passage in All the Bible.
What has this got to do with raising children?
| Mt 21:42, 44 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes . . . ? And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

I dont see a problem here. If you keep the child in the house 'where she belongs', and keep an eye on her, you shouldnt have a problem that diligent application of the rod would not cure.

As a parent, we should do whatever we feel is right. I don't use chastity belts on my boys but i am considering it as an option right now. If they learn to touch themselves it makes them murderers.
Right now i am strongly considering getting my two boys fitted with chastity belts.

I'm not sure which of your poste to respond to because they're all pretty much the same, but I'll highlight the relevant bit:

The bible does say to rase your children in the ways of God, but in no way are you ever to force your beliefs on them. Although you may find this hard to believe, you have to let them grow and make there own decisions. You are there to help and give uplifting words, not to abuse and make them do what you think is best. A Chasity belt is not an option, it is child abuse, and was never once used in the Bilble as a means to stop unwanted relations. And should never be used. By forcing your children to ware these monstrosities you are hurting them more then helping them. You will push them further and further away. SHAME on all of you for thinking this is the right way to act.
My father is a pastor and I was raised up well in the faith with my four brothers and one sister, we all had the freedom to do what we wanted to do, and we chose well, because our father raised us well. When we reached the age of 15 we got to go out and chose our own church and our own fellowship. I now have a man whom I have been daiting for 3 long years, and we love each other, and have decided that the church we where attending was not right in a number of the things they beleved where true, but if we ever walked into a church that beleved some of the stuff that has been shared here on this thread we would leave no questions asked. Our children will be raised right.
Also, it is wrong for you to be judging and daming other people to hell, that is not your place. A person is not dammed to hell if they have a slip up in fath, or even if there slip up goes for years. All can and will be forgivin, because our God is a forgiving God, and not a damming one.

I think it is a good idea and extremely important for a young woman in today's world.
I have been wearing a steel chastity belt since the age of 15. It took some modification and getting used to at first but now I would not be without it.
It has prevented temptation of touching myself or allowing others to
My mother holds the key and will keep that till the day I marry and she hands it over to my husband to be

My Life -
02-15-2017, 03:03 PM
When I was 16 years old, i masturbated 10 time a day. I knowed it is a wron thing, but i can't stop. When i was 17 I made a decision: I bought a chastity belt, and I put on myself. I had a best fring Alicia, I gave the key to her. Today I don't want to put off thi device, but whatever I Can't because I don't have the key. Alicia calls me every year and she ask me about keys. When I'll get merried I will ask Alicia, give the key to my wife.
I think I made a VERY VERY BIG mistake in my life, and I never be free. My wife will controll my sexual life. I hope God will forfive me!

Welcome then, Foxman. We get but few contributors from godless Los Angeles, owing, I believe, to the fact that the American language is not actually used by many of the inhabitants of that place. Clearly, in your own case, this is not the entire story and you have made monumental strides in learning American as a second language. Sadly, one cannot be considered fluent until such time as the rules for writing the language are grasped, including (but not limited to) spelling, structure, punctuation and usage. I hope you will continue your truly heroic efforts. Salvation is not dependent on speaking American. However, it can't hurt.

Jesus can forgive anything unless you've trespassed against Matthew 12:31. In that case you'll be in Hellfire ! Otherwise, you can repent but you'll have to stop fondling your rectal demons with your fingers every time you've had a bowel movement. Jesus is watching you!
Please make a thread of your own in the " Introductions" section of the forum, so that we can properly greet you. Tell us about yourself, your church, and how you came to find Jesus.
And if you're here to flame us, better take a look at THIS before making an even bigger ass out of yourself.
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

I am an unreligious philosopher (meaning i am sceptical of a god and if I see miracle with my own eyes I will beleive) and I beleive that it goes against god to put a chastity belt on her. If you are such a hardcore follower of christ, do you think that he is stupid not to protect her chastity himself. If he didnt do it then putting one own is unnatural and it disrespects his will and you will go to hell. also, when she becomes a teen she will hit puberty and want <<<reference to an abominable act removed>>> and if she is in a chstity belt she will be even more desperate to <<<reference to another abominable act removed>>>

Hello there, dear philosopher!
Are you aware that there is an internal contradiction in your statement - first you say you do not believe in God, and then you proceed to state your opinion about what you think God thinks/wants. How can someone in whose existence you don't believe, have any thoughts/opinions on anything?
So which one is it - you do not believe in Him, or you do believe in Him strong enough to have an opinion about what He likes/wants? Or is that one of them damned Socratic rhetorical booby traps?
Quote:

|
I'm not sure I'm following your logic, dear. Who is stupid for not protecting his daughter himself?
Or are you suggesting that God is everybody's daughter keeper?
I mean, if He wanted everybody to be Saved, He would not have created the devil and Hell in the first place, don't you think?

Hello dear, and welcome to our friendly forums! I would encourage you to stay away from philosophy, dear. This is a demonic pastime, along the same vein as learning about evolution and renewable energy. As a homeschool mother I know more about ancient history than most Americans, and after much research I have come to find philosophy was a mental sport invented by the Greeks. Do you know what else the Greeks invented? Pedophilia. That's right - not satisfied with the disgusting act of making grown men grunt and sweat as larger and more misshapen objects were scraped against the damaged and bloody prostate, they raised their boys to think they enjoy being bent over the steps of the amphitheater while actors in drag ravished the poor youth (it is believed women weren't allowed on stage to protect the Greek man's right to dress and be treated like a woman in public). Philosophy was created to convince the mothers of these young boys that what they were experiencing was just fine, if not good for the good of Greece. Of course Greek woman are mostly whores and usually inconsolably drunk for their entire adulthood so it's not like it took a lot of convincing, but I digress.
Anyway, a girl requires the strong hand of a father to discipline the rebellion out of her. If the father loves Jesus, he will beat his daughter often and prophylactically. If he really wants to raise her right, he will start before she's born.
