Oil-eating microbe: yet another blow to evil-ution -
08-25-2010, 06:51 PM
An oil-eating microbe in the Gulf of Mexico has dealt yet another blow to the Darwinista monkey cult.
Unsaved Interwebs "news" source:
Quote:
New microbe discovered eating oil spill in Gulf
WASHINGTON – The Gulf of Mexico oil spill has revealed a previously unknown type of oil-eating bacteria, which is suddenly flourishing.
Scientists discovered the new microbe while studying the underwater dispersion of millions of gallons of oil spilled into the Gulf following the explosion of BP's Deepwater Horizon drilling rig.
And the microbe works without significantly depleting oxygen in the water, researchers led by Terry Hazen at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory reported Tuesday in the online journal Science Express.
|
So the microbe does the cleanup without significantly depleting oxygen? Isn't that just too convenient. Which better explains this: the Darwinista god known as random chance, or the loving kindness of the real God? Anyway, if it's from Berkeley, it must be a lie from the pit of hell.
Of course, the God-mockers have engaged in a desperate attempt to spin the news:
Quote:
Hazen suggested that the bacteria may have adapted over time due to periodic leaks and natural seeps of oil in the Gulf.
|
Yeah, sure they did. Just keep believing that, pal. In order to adapt, they would have had to add information, and as anyone homeschooled in creation science through at least the eighth grade knows, information can only be lost.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

Let's face facts; that some microbe will clean up the mess from a utter screw-uphonest mistake from a hard working American computer is just to fortuitous to be explained away with "random chance"
Come on Libertards. Spin this!
Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

Amen Brother!
This "discovery" could not have been more timely as Obama and the DEMONcrats will try to take credit for the Gulf clean up to boost their poll numbers for the November elections (and no doubt that cathylick Bobby Jindal will claim some kind of oil exorcism did it). Jesus was clearly at work here and His sign is meant to instill faith in us all.
Praise Jesus
Now a question for all you Darwinists - how does evolution produce an "oil eating" bacteria and yet we still have plenty of oil around after all these supposed millennia?
Hell's foundations quiver at the shout of praise;
brothers, lift your voices, loud your anthems raise.
...and get off my lawn

It's not a blow to Darwinism. If anything, it vindicates some elements of the Darwinian model.
With regard to point 1, it's not hard to see that an organism living in an environment which has periodic seeps of oil should be able to consume petroleum, which is just as much an organic molecule as any other consumed by bacteria. Indeed, when compared to some extremophile bacteria species such as those which live around hydrothermal vents, their ability to consume basic hydrocarbons is hardly exceptional.
It should follow that those species which can consume oil will react to a bonanza of the stuff by multiplying as long as the supplies are available. Bacteria multiply rapidly in the presence of food sources. One should expect that the population of these same bacteria, however, will collapse once the oil is consumed.
The world itself is the will to power - and nothing else! And you yourself are the will to power - and nothing else!

Nice story, except that according to Darwin it takes 4 billion years for creatures to adapt to present day circumstances. It's been only a few months since Halliburton blew up the well, nowhere near enough time for the Darwinist model to produce bacteria to eat the oil. Only God is capable of handling this fast.
Leviticus 26:15-16
And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant: I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
