That our Brother, Godfly, found his purple socks is testament to the power of prayer.

Properly covering our bodies, including shoes with socks, is so important to we True Christians™. I've wondered how human kind would be different today had Adam and Eve been clothed, including shoes and socks like Brother Godfly.

That Eve was naked and cold probably made her less able to ward off the temptation of sin. Then, after she succombed, there was naked Adam, helpless in his ability to resist.

Today, I believe we are born sinners because there were no socks for Adam and Eve.

Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.
