So, Sinister, your spirituality embraces aspects of Christianity, Paganism, and Eastern Philosophy. Have you considered Thelema?

This is a Baptist Church forum, not a place for you to recruit into your Satanic cult.

These are texts relating to the philosophy of Thelema, many of them written by the occultist Aleister Crowley who founded the organization A.'. A.'. (Argentium Astrum -- the Silver Star) as well as others by members of the OTO (Ordo Templi Orientis -- Order of the Eastern Temple) (founded by Theodor Reuss and Karl Kellner in 1895). These two organizations work together to promote Thelema.

Yes, that explains your choice of name and subjects of conversation.
I imagine you also dislike H.P. Lovecraft, the other half of your pseudonym?

No he's one of my favorite authors. I enjoy Crowley's works, as well, but I wouldn't use them in ritual. Both of these authors were in love with Victorian language, which is about 100 years out of date. They also had vivid imaginations, which Is a virtue in my book.

You do know what God thinks of witches, don't you?
Why don't you toddle on over to the Introduction section of the General Church Fellowship forum, and share with us your >ahem< "beliefs"?
We'll save the rebuking for there. This thread is a discussion of the relative merits of false religions, not a place to tell you repeatedly that you're on the fast train to Hell.
Thanks.

I'd have thought he'd be a bit wordy for you. Judging by the intellect and reading comprehension level displayed in your posts, I was guessing the H.P. stood for Harry Potter, not Howard Phillips.
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.
God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

Hey, the Harry Potter books are good reading; a bit low on the reading level, perhaps, but plenty imaginative and entertaining.

This is what I'm talking about, how can you say your even trying to be Christ-like putting yourself over people? Jesus Christ never shot down the people He came to save, He created them. So how are you showing the grace of God to this woman?

Christ is going to send the vast majority of the world's population - nearly everyone who has ever lived, in fact - to eternal suffering in the Lake of Fire, and call His devoted followers home to live with Him. How is that not putting some people over others?

Friend,
I think you are obtuse here, as someone who is repented of my depravity and accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior by definition everything I do is filled with the Grace of God. To suggest otherwise is to suggest God doesn't exist.
Now, if Christ doesn't take a firm (though loving) stand with sinners how do you explain Him attacking the money changers in the Temple? What you have in mind is incidents like the harlot He saved from stoning; someone called a sinner by society that Christ embraced. What you are missing is these people were labeled sinners by false believers like the Pharisees who were instructed by their true master Satan to persecute true believers. Christ was only unmasking this fraud.
Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.
