I go to Hinterland Baptist Church, my favourite Bible verse is

Genesis 1:31

"And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day."

I have been familiar with God all my life. My mother introduced me into this better life as a young child.

Thank you for your answer. It is a good verse indeed. God created everything - the angels and the devil, happiness and suffering, life and death, pleasure and pain, sweet babies and serial killers, cute little kitties and disease carrying mosquitoes. We should be thankful that God created this world exactly as it is!

You are to submit to your husband as you do to God. In other words do as you are told.
