What really burns me up is when I read an article in a Christian publication, written by a Christian columnist and it is not Christian.

In this article, the guy goes on and on about how divorce is a big problem for evangelicals. He askes how we evangelicals can have credibility about the sanctity of marriage when there are so many divorces in our ranks? He even claims that divorces hurt more families than homer marriages.

His logic is all mixed up. First of all, it is not logical to say divorces hurt more people than homer marriages. We all know that homer marriage contributes to the divorces. It makes marriage between humans and animals possible. This makes saving marriages unimportant.

Second, the other cause of failed marriages is bad wives. This has nothing to do with evangelical Christianity. It just happens. And, when it does, the man must be free to move on.

I hope Christian Post starts doing a better job of screening its articles.
