We don't hate just because we "feel like it," we hate because God tells us to hate with righteous anger:

Ephesians 4:26-27
26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
27 Neither give place to the devil.

On the other hand, atheists (that word does not require capitalization in American English) have no excuse to hate anyone, so it shouldn't be surprising that they are a less hateful bunch.
