Great news! May not need Prayer requests! -
01-29-2015, 02:55 AM
Hello, all! This is Pearl!!
I have recently taken a leave of absence from this FOrum, as has my Husband Franklin. It has saddened us very much, however, Franklin had previously been plagued by some sort of illness, probably from unknowingly coming in contact with a homosexual or atheist. His memory was not well, and often times he would wake up screaming in the middle of the night about "Jews" and "Nazis" and "Those Damned Koreans". It was quite a shock, as our single twin beds are 5 feet apart and being awoken suddenly, and so far away from the noise, I was unsure if an intruder had entered the house.
However, after much praying, Franklin has returned to normal. His backhand is as strong as ever, and he recalls most of what happens during the day!Q!!!!!!
I mostly just wanted to share this news with all of my FRiends, but I also wanted to ask a Man's opinion, since I am but a mere woman. Shall I ask The Landover Babtist Church for prayer requests of his continued well-being, or trust in the LORD that Franklin will not go back to his vegetative state? I apologize for such a naive question, but again, I am but a mere woman.
Thanky ou all!
Walking with Christ,
Pearl

Dearest Pearl,
Prayers are always necessary and - as you have seen - most effective when conducted by actual Christians.
Franklin was probably suffering from possession. Our prayers have made their demonic life unbearable within the soul and digestive tract of your dear Franklin and the spirits have presumably fled. Did you notice anything emerging from Franklin's bodily orifices?
Revelation 16:13
And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
I will continue praying for you but as things are better, I will allocate a larger proportion of my prayer hours to fighting other manifestations of sodomy. I am also speaking for many other members of our congregation when I ask Franklin to type also a post of his own. That way we can even better assess his spiritual state.
Yours in Christ,
Elmer

I'm happy to hear the LORD has heard your prayers and has turned His Light of Healing toward Franklin! We know Jesus is the Great Physician, but we also know sometimes He decides the effort isn't worth His While. I'm glad to hear that wasn't the case for you.
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Oh my, Sister Pearl. How heavy a burden it must be for your Husband to be in such a state. You must have to also write down his bank account information and all important PINs as well. Don't you, dear?

Does he read his stars?
Quote:
Luke 21
25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

Chiron
Chiron Signs
Chiron is located between Saturn and Uranus and is considered a "centaur" asteroid. In reality it is a comet nucleus. It was discovered in 1977. Also known as the Planet of Healing, Chiron deals with all aspects of health and disease and how they affect our spiritual path.
Chiron was wounded himself, and despite his great skills, he never healed. He symbolizes everyone who finds their strength through their suffering. Everyone gets wounded in some manner. Whatever our wounds are, Chiron influences us to overcome our condition and go on. Like Chiron, we may find that in healing others we gain some insight and salvation even though we are unable to fully heal ourselves.
Chiron has an unusual orbit, rather like Pluto. Many astrologers think of Chiron as a "mediator" between Uranus and Saturn. Chiron gives wisdom and patience as well as mastery over the darkness of our souls. Our wounds are gifts when looked at from a different angle. They give us character, lessons in life and perseverance. Chiron teaches us these things whether we are ready to learn them or not.

The God says there'll be signs in the stars, and space probes are out there to see those signs. Do we need to read our stars to see what those signs mean here on Earth? If not then how will we know what those signs are?
Wise men saw a sign in the stars and knew what it meant so a God who told us to watch the stars knew we'd know how to do that too. Where else could we find out what to look for?
Space probes just make maps, such as of Mars http://www.google.co.uk/mars/ so "signs in the stars" can't mean that.
Ill health could be one such sign.

That depends. Does the doctor say he'll be ok? I'll pray regardless... I wish you and your husband the best of luck.

I'm sorry, but God cannot and will not hear your prayers yet as evident in John 9:31. See this thread: http://landoverbaptist.net/showthread.php?t=60117 For God to hear you, you need to be one of His since He protects His own. Becoming one of His is simple, after all He is a merciful God (Ephesians 2:4-10). You have to repent, realize Jesus is your Lord and Savior and then obey all His commandments.
Yours in Christ,
Elizabeth

2 Kings 23:5 And he put down the idolatrous priests, whom the kings of Judah had ordained to burn incense in the high places in the cities of Judah, and in the places round about Jerusalem; them also that burned incense unto Baal, to the sun, and to the moon, and to the planets, and to all the host of heaven
Neh. 9:6 Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.
Ez. 1:19-24 And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up. Whithersoever the spirit was to go, they went, thither was their spirit to go; and the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels. When those went, these went; and when those stood, these stood; and when those were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels. And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above. And under the firmament were their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies. And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings.

Adam Fag, yes, there may be a word in the Bible that can be translated into the English word, "planet," but that doesn't mean the thing in question is anything other than a tiny point of light, rotating around the Earth.
Nowhere in the Bible will you find a description of "planets" as being immense balls of rock or gas that circle the sun.
Stop trying to make the Bible say something other than what it says.
