Have my good friends at Landover ever had any problems with the media taking an unhealthy interest in your Godly church? If so, I would like to know how you go about keeping their noses OUT of business that does not concern them.
Last year at my church, an undercover reporter started coming along to our Sunday praise meetings and posing as a concerned Christian mother with a possessed child. After I drove the demon from her daughter in the name of Jesus, she stopped coming. Next thing I know she gets on the local radio talkshow, and starts talking to the newspapers about "child cruelty" in performing "exorcism rituals" at churches led by African pastors like myself. Needless to say, all the elders were very cross about the fact we had been duped.
It is not the first time godless journalists have tried to get in amongst God's people to twist and distort Godly practices.
So I need advice on how to keep such people at bay. We have a tradition at our church of giving visitors and big, warm welcome, but now the elders have been told to maintain a certain distance until we get to the persons better. What do you think??
