New Christian looking to learn -
05-08-2016, 06:47 AM
Hello everyone. I'm a new Christian. I'm 36 and I have the responsibility of leading my wife (24), 2 daughters (13 and 9) and son (7) into the light of Christ.
We attend Shiloh Baptist Church, and I have joined a fathers bible study group, that is fantastic. I'm learning a lot about the duties of a true Christian father.
Both my wife and I are white and were raised and attended the unChristian Roman Catholic Church, until I was reborn last year.
I look forward to your counsel and help in my journey.
My inspiration for my journey comes from the word of our Lord.
Matthew 4:19 - And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

I always worry if I see a new member with that quote. It reminds me of the truck stop queers we entice into the van for some serious corrective witnessing. They considered themselves fishers of men also. Please verify now that you are not an anal sex obsessed fag.
What's your favourite gun, friend? What was the last dumb animal you hunted?
Which of the many people God hates do you likewise hate the most?

Oh, yes I understand your concern. Let me assure you I am no queer.

I'm not really a hater of anyone, but as I walk my journey with the lord, I am learning to hate the false Christians in the Roman Catholic church.

As an ex Catholic myself, I can relate to the disgust at the stupid fake rituals they just made up out of nowhere. It's like they just wanted their own version of Jesus to pander to their hopes and fears and penchant for pagan ancestor worship. I mean what sort of vile scum just cherry picks bits and bobs from scripture to suit their own agenda and discards the rest?

Yes, and they add their own "truths" to the Bible, creating a blasphemous and distorted story of Christ and his teachings.
John 1:17 - For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

I'll be honest, I don't like those no good dirty queers.
But you can't say that these days, it seems. In fact I got told off by some stranger the other day for using the phrase 'Chinaman'! Would they have preferred I say 'Chink'?
What's wrong with people?

I can relate, friend. Once you realize they've lied to you through half-truths, lies by omission, misdirection, and outright fibs, that recognition of betrayal stings. Learning someone took your most intimate fears, hopes, dreams, and concerns, gave you promises they *knew* they could not keep, offered assurances in lieu of answers, and all the while entertained themselves on the traumatization and suffering of children, and you willingly, *joyfully* gave them money to fund this global operation, is like getting kicked in the teeth again and again every time you are reminded of how deeply they brainwashed you to support them socially and financially. I understand your anger and hatred. I share it. I find solace in knowing I am forgiven by Christ Jesus of all my sins, everything bad or cruel, whether through selfishness or misguided foolishness, and am impervious to sin now, and by sharing with people the Good News of the True Jesus Christ™ of the Holy Bible! Tell us, what do you do to share the good news that Jesus is alive today, and He is judging our every action, thought, and lack of thought in order to decide where we would best glorify Him: Heaven or Hell?

To be honest, I'm busy helping my wife and children through the transition from their Roman Catholic ways. We have Bible reading every night. The children have been reborn in Jesus but my wife is slowly coming across.

Welcome to this forum, Christian and welcome to the true light of Jesus Christ. I am very happy that you have escaped the clutches of the Roman priests and the sins of idol worship and God knows what else. I see that you reside in godless Washington, D.C., which is the stronghold of the Devil's people. I had believed that only welfare Negroes, Arab diplomats and Democrats lived in that evil city.
When you reveal your armaments in a public forum, you invite the masked desperados of the ATF to attack your home and put you in their dungeon. We can only guess what tortures are inflicted in that place, as no one has ever survived to tell the tale. You should probably move, now that you have endangered your family. While you are at it, move far from Washington, D.C. It is Satan's town in America.
God judgeth the righteous, And God is angry with the wicked every day- Psalm 7:11

Thanks for the warm welcome and advice. Washington DC is quite godless, but it's necessary for my work.

I need advice, my wife Debbie is still attending the Roman Church, and going to confession every Wednesday and praying for me to return to her church.
I'm not sure what I can do to get her away from it. The kids are with me and don't attend that abomination of a church.
Any suggestions on how to move Debbie towards the truth?

Good grief, man what are you? Some panty waste?
You must do your duty to her and you children in the time honoured way of a goodly, loving Christian male:
That's right, force
You can do anyhow you d**n well please with her, the little piece of ungrateful trash. Remember : WWJD?
Ephesians 5:22 "Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord."
1st Timothy 2:11-12 "Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence."
Genesis 3:16 "Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee."
Matthew 18:25 "But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made."
Ephesians 5:28-29 "So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church."
1st Corinthians 7:4 "The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife."
1st Corinthians 7:2 "Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband."
Ephesians 5:22-24 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
13:2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
Look, this is all very basic stuff for a manly Christian male. If you can't keep her in line with some corrective discipline, your kids will grow up to be gaywise
Do you hate your kids that much that you would actively encouragize them to chose to be attracted to the same sex?

Thank you my good and wise friends. I just needed to hear that. I will step up to my Christian duties and put a stop to this!

Welcome, Brother!
I am also a survivor of the dreadful cathylick "church" and feel so much closer to my JESUS now that I am free of the bondage that the pope held me under for so many years. I was able to get rid of so much clutter upon being saved! I burned hundreds of statuettes of Mary, St. Francis, St. Joseph, St. Dymphna, St. Jude, St. Therese, St. Bernadette, St. Padre Pio, St. Pope John Paul II the Great, and many others. This gave me two whole 20 ft shelves for ammunition and my gun collection. I also had a place to put my horse dentistry studies and I could finally set up my fake horse's mouth so I could study long into the night.
Wow, I am sure sorry to hear that your wife is still under the spell of the ring kissers - but as others have told you, discipline is in your hands and it is definitely called for. Do not be fooled: many will mock you and tell you that you are wrong for providing guidance to your spouse. However, lest your children begin to seek out lizbeans and fags for playmates, you really have no choice. I guarantee that already your young son has seen your lack of Christian authority and may be sneaking around the alleys of homer establishments. If he asks you for a rainbow bumper sticker for his bicycle, administer your rod right away. Be sure it is a hard rod, one that will show you mean business. There is no tool too harsh if Salvation® is the result.
I have added you to my digital prayer list.
COME, LORD JESUS!
BrotherLarry
Proverbs 21:31 KJV 1611:
“The horse is prepared against the day of battell: but safetie is of the Lord.”
Lord, may I serve my equine brothers and sisters just as I do my fellow man. Amen and Amen

The Lord be praised. I have shown my wife the authority of a true Christian husband. My leather belt has taught her well to obey me as head and the Christian authority in this family.
She won't be sitting in a roman church again, or anywhere for some time.
In the words of the Lord in 1 Corinthians 7:14
For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.

Yes, some late nights required for work as we're installing some new systems (insurance company stuff).
Also, the wife (Debbie) didn't attend her roman church today, and instead I took her to her new church to meet our Pastor.
Thanks everyone for your help

Good for you! I can tell you as a woman, there is nothing more disconcerting than being expected to do things independently. While feminists may say it's about "liberation," in reality, it's about rebellion - rebellion against our own Created Nature (Genesis 3:16). This "liberation" stuff is really nothing more than a woman's attempt to try and distract her from the pain inside that comes of not fulfilling her potential.
