I'm growing tired of your out-of-nowhere provocations, which do not contribute absolutely anything to the ongoing discussion, as you keep name-dropping instead of actually providing arguments. And no, I do not mean copy+paste from some random Wikipedia page, I mean providing actual arguments which may be derived from the work of someone else, but are expressed in your own words, as you understand them, and supported by relevant, up-to-date data.
I know we've been here before, so once again: you cannot discuss science/reason/logic if you have no idea how they work. And at this point, I don't think anymore that you even want to learn how science/reason/logic work.
I am also still waiting for you to address my previous post. For now, your silence makes me believe that it is my sex and/or my ethnic origin which make you disrespect me.

I don't regard recommending works by Gaon Saadia or Moses Maimonides as an appeal to authority, but rather an appeal to study how natural sources of knowledge such as reason and logic in no way contradict divine revelation, but rather complement and support revealed religion. Divine revelation is one source of knowledge, but not the only source.

How? How reason and logic do not contradict divine revelation?
And why is it important? How this will lead to the conversion of atheists?
Without dropping names and in less than 500 words.
Thanks.

It was an appeal to authority, as you chose to drop a couple of names instead of coherently presenting - in your own words - some actual arguments supported by actual relevant data/evidence. Why do I feel this strange déjŕ vu? Oh, yes, that's why.
Anyway. Here is a template on how to argue something using logical thinking:
1. Present a specific argument, as you understand it, in your own words. Copypasta strictly forbidden. That's your thesis.
2. Cite who first came up with this specific argument. Do not cite a whole book - I know it's a thing in some citing formats, but citing a specific page is so much more useful for the reader.
3. Present 2-3 pieces of evidence supporting your thesis. Cite sources which contain original data - but do not cite the same person whom you cited in number 2, as their interpretation might be skewed to fit their thesis. If you are really savvy, present some evidence which seem to contradict your thesis and try to explain these contradictions.
4. Repeat your original thesis, briefly summarize how evidence supports your thesis. If you really want to sound smart, ask questions which need to be addressed in future research on the subject.
And now I feel like I wasted 15 minutes of my time because according to all available evidence, you are either incapable or unwilling to force your mind to follow logical reasoning. But, I'm an incurable optimist, and I still hope that all available evidence could be wrong.

#1 Atheists have no mercy or pity for others.
Quote:
I thank Providence and my Creator, not for saving my life, but for making it possible for me to endure my cares and pursue the task which my conscience commands me.

Wonder who said this? Adolf Hitler, who you thought was an atheist. Do some reasearch before saying <<<reference to animal excrements removed>>>, you <<<insult removed>>>.
#2 To an Atheist a natural disaster is just a random event
To an Atheist, a natural disaster is a sign of climate change, especially during the last few months. If you even tried to read anything, you would know that.
#4To an atheists there is no difference between an animal and a human
So if you own a dog, you'll beat it up? Man, you must be an <<<reference to a body part removed>>>.
#5 Only biblical faith offers objective standards of good and evil.
You said that christians know when to destroy the neighboor. You look like a dangerous person, you should probably see a doctor about that.
#6 Atheists have no reason to feel pity for anyone or anything.
Yes, we've got a brain. And in this brain there's hormones. Do you know what that means? Probably not, since when writing your thing you forgot point three, so you must not know how to count.
#7 Throughout human history there have never been any other gods but God.
So all of the Gods in Hinduism are the same? Wow, God has a serious DID.
#8 There were false gods, but they were false because they exist within the Universe, not outside it.
No one can show you a God, period. Try to show me your God? Go! Show me the big bearded man!
#9 Any religion younger than Christianity is just a copy of Christianity.
So Sikhism is a copy of Christianity? Where's your turban bro?!
#10 Only Christianity has ever had the idea of an eternal, infinite creator God.
What about Zoroastrianism? And Islam? And Judaism? ( Did you forget that Jesus was Jewish? )

He was a Catholic. There might be a shades-of-gray difference between Catholics and atheists, but it's meaningless - at the end of the day, they all end up in Hell.

The only book worth reading is the Holy Bible. Please find appropriate reference to support your claim there.

Huh? What is the logical connection between these two statements?

God despises doctors. When sick, we just pray:
James 5:14-16
14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Please explain why do you think that there is a connection between hormones and empathy.

Other religions are simply distorted. Just look at Catholicism, it's a polytheistic religion, yet it derives from Christianity.

Distorted copies. They didn't have USB drives nor photocopy machines back then, you know.

I wonder if this is why atheists are so condescending and arrogant - they must be so embarrassed because their loss is obvious that they are trying to compensate for being losers. What a shame.
Of course, they're too stubborn or stupid to actually look to the Truth™ and join the winning team.
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! I'm sure they can see the differences they've made to the countries they've influenced. Scientific machines denying Creation, the murder rates, the loathsome diseases, lies and filthy lucre in the vatican, the family planning and the multi-hued condoms even available as hats I kid you not
