Brother Faith Machine,
I cannot recall placing an eel in my pie and that does sound like something one would have little problem remembering. However, I am open to the idea. I suspect one would want an eel that is pleasing in texture and size.
Because we value our customers, I've been very adaptable to suggestions regarding my pie. I want it to be appealing, moist, and unique while giving glory to the Lord at all times.
I think my willingness to be creative with what is inserted in my pie is one of the reasons why I've felt that special joy deep inside that comes with success. Glory to God!

Yes, Mr. Machine. I understand you are speaking out of kindness. How could I take the form, the avatar of your Jesus and not be committing blasphemy in your world. Yes. I could not. I am probably offending you and I am sorry but I must be truthful. My faith in my own religion is becoming weaker but I am not yet seeing that your truth would necessarily help be on my chosen path of non-violence. Yes. And perhaps no, eh?

It's real simple, friend. You just tell Jesus you're sorry for all the sin in your life, ask Him to forgive you, and invite Him to take control of your life, including your thoughts and feelings.
Then you get baptized and start reading the Bible every day in order to make sure it sticks.
With Jesus Safely in control of your thoughts, I'm sure you will stop worrying about all these questions you have.
I used to have sooooo many questions about the nature of life and the universe, but those things don't trouble me anymore. Now I just spend my days telling people how great Jesus is!

Yes, Mr. Machine. You are so helpful. I think I am on the verge of understanding a crucial difference between your truth and my many truths. The forgiveness. The sin or the karma, the violence I have committed. I am struggling to get rid of it, to be liberated of it. It is hard but I am doing it by non-violence, charity, vegetarianism, getting rid of possessions. You just get forgiveness. Then it is over, no remorse. Yes. I am afraid it will not be working for me that way. The violence, its consequences, they will not simply go away. They are unpredictable and they can escalate. Yes.
I understand now, this could be very different from your world. Sad, but beautiful. I can see it but perhaps not reach, eh? Yes, I cannot.

You don't have to reach it, Harsha, for Jesus Christ is reaching His hand towards you!
The problem with trying to atone for your sins with good works is that it will never be enough, for no amount of good works can ever be the equal of your vile, sinful nature!
Even if you could do enough good works to make up for all the sins you've committed, what about the sins you're going to commit tomorrow and the day after? Talk about a wheel of karma!
Nay, friend, there is only one way to salvation, and that is to graciously allow Jesus to do the heavy lifting for you.
He already died on a cross so your salvation could be bought and paid for. Why turn down a free gift?
