I saw this thread through a Google search and I'm sad to see how many closed minded people there are out there, I can only hope you are trolling.

First off, I'm a furry with Christian heritage, I've never done anything "perverted" in regards to furries or real animals. In terms of "bestiality" as mentioned, I am a zoologist and I know well that bestiality is very unethical and a sickness to the soul and a corruption of nature.

Anthropomorphic animal characters are often referred to as funny animals characters or "furries" for short (though, furries may not necessarily be comedic, hence the term is often preferred nowadays), the word is thought to have come into circulation from the Rowrbrazzle APA magazine, but prior it came from the initial Unix BBS group under the same name (I add, perverted material was strictly banned from these academic resources and the audience was prominently young teenagers to young adults). Anthropomorphism is where you give human (anthropo, as like in "anthropo"logical) traits to a specified morph (for example an animal, force (like wind) or object).
These are usually cartoon animals, most people are interested in drawing furries as you can distinguish species instead of faces and so you don't need to be so much that good of an artist which makes it fun - it's a gateway to art for those who have not studied art.

Though, you discuss people who simply like / roleplay as them. There are a few people who confuse animal sexual roleplay (which is known as autozoophilia / zoophilic voyeurism, NOT furry) with furries because of obscene media bullies who unnecessarily make fun of minorities for attention/hype such as the makers of CSI (of whom depicted furries as perverts who have orgies at furry "conventions"), now that has only really happened more since the media advertised it as such, before this was far less and I feel it's another reason to be ashamed of the popular culture that's pushed upon us to this day.

I believe God once said to me (in a dream) that zoophilia is a bad thing and autozoophilia, this was because animals were created to be beautiful, hence their markings and is his creativity in the pure heart of the nature he created.

He told me reason humanity was placed upon the Earth in his image as a creator so to test how if he created another God to keep him company (as he did the angels, of whom were too granted) it'd allow him to assess if such a creation would lead to such a creation over-ruling him and Earth was the perfect test box. But humans sinned with their ability to create with art such as after giving them dexterous hands - many of mankind simply were too god-like a thought to be God themselves, for example, play-God scientists wished to deny god to take over the idea of his creation although he created it - ever since, God expanded the universe beyond the ability for scientists see so there was always a doubt for mankind to question. So he gave rules, for example, the Bible, though even this became twisted by mankind, and in particularly through ages of translation and power.

He said he let animals and the rest of creations beautiful upon the Earth during this test, of course, and he allowed man to make tools and allowed man to draw and make music based off emotion, experience and from tools.
You can see this in caves and ancient cities. The main attractor was animals.

Yet all men sinned at least once, and leniency was given, yet this world evolved as its own project, it seems.

Even God saw beauty in the likeness of animals and humans, he represented Jesus as the lamb to him, and every sheep needs his shepherd.

Man would represent the beauties of animals within them as per their personalities. A man who is loyal and subservient may act like a dog to his leader, this need not be a bad thing, dogs are quaint creatures and a good example, for they are very close to many good men by moral. This does not make the man a dog, yet an artist could well describe by art the man as an icon of an animal. And furries do this, they are children of God who represent their personality in the purity of nature, while they retain that they are human (it cannot be prevented, though a small percentage describe themselves as spiritualistic "therians" or "otherkin", this is most likely from the unfortunate depression of one's soul around humans that is corrupted by bullies and created a sense of misanthropy). Furries call this a "fursona", it is a light hearted character, many young children have one and as you would expect, those are often cartoon and have creative colors patterns as those children explore and learn to understand colors artistically, this is not to be confused with anything pagan/tribal as to them it has no meaning besides collecting things beautiful they like (animals, colors they find in mood/interesting, the innocence of human-like eyes and expressions) and you start to get this "humanimal", I guess, but it's not very usually negative or evil, it's the opposite...

Many furries are too young or anti-zoophiliac to consider doing anything perverse with their own invented animal character(s), if a person who happens to be a furry is perverse, then it is not being a furry that makes them perverse it is just a coincidence, to use them few to stereotype a whole subculture is very ridiculous. The closest thing some furries would get to anything intimate is in platonic depictions, love is in nature, it is "nurture" and we feel it inside as "purity", we see animals as affectionate and such depictions of love in, say, furry art creates a sense of cute and harmony. And a fursona will only be as sexual as the person who possesses it, I have a fursona and I am not sexual, it is not in my nature and I am very puritan. Maybe this is not for you or seems strong... But it's certainly not something for hell. It is God who dictates the ultimate image, not you, let common sense play, if we are all children of God, then shouldn't our heart speak it? Why attack those who do not hurt others? This does not include gay persons as gay people destroy society, they warp the appeal of gender aesthetics and crush people who know instinctively that it is a bad thing (man is made for woman, just see their... parts) - sure, gay may be happens in animals but it is a natural mistake that will be bred out, usually, God never said this was a perfect creation and this is a test box, most of nature is conscious and we are nature, we are able to fix our own issues or nothing else will (I guess God let leniency, perhaps to make his creation more interesting?). But anyway... Gay and furry are very different, but I agree, the blend is disgusting, but isn't gay and polygamy/sodomy/etc disgusting, anyway?

Anyhow, I find perverts who represent themselves as furries bad, indeed. But they seem to get more out of drama of persecution than being perverts, it seems the case for many deviants like homosexuals, just see "gay pride" marches for an example, and I dislike the sexualisation of everything, but it's not just in subcultures but pop culture overall - just see how the likes of pop singers dress like they are from a brothel... But it's sad people are trying to sexualise things like "furry" because it seeks purity and the perverts only come to it to scream their own innocence (gay did this to the word gay and those sodomites also stole the rainbow), whilst staining the far more quiet majority (and we are quiet because we get on with out everyday lives as furries, just how many "furverts" can you count that are used as examples?) but I am getting sick of hearing people use stereotypes so I need to make this post.

I've actually yet to meet a single person who has for definite who hasn't, as a child (or even adult), drawn animals with human features or sometimes written or played a game as being animal characters/avatars for escapism or animal-like, if I ever meet one, that'd be a small number if not a lying claim - it goes back to beginnings of mankind. Mind, the Bible also has many animal tales and applies anthropomorphism to many things, it is used negatively (such as when the evil spirit in man (satan) made the serpent tell Eve to bite the apple) and also positively (expressions).

Thanks for reading, I can only hope you open your heart like Jesus did to such things as harmless as furries. I hope you can understand furries better and not let the ignorance of satan blind you.

First you say you believe in God and then you say you support the LBGT community. Yet God says:
