I am - not -

I suppose, conforming to the man-made rules, I should introduce myself. "Hello". I go to several churches. My favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11. I believe in Jesus, but would not say I have "found" him. "Blessed are those who have not seen, but believe."

How nice of you to let us know you, Mr. Perspective. Don't be afraid of being different. We are all in a minority, it is likely that only about 1/100,000 or less of the world's population are Bible-believing believers. Verily, we are different.
We wouldn't ask for introductions if it were not Biblical. It is. Even Jesus introduced Himself, so did John!
John 1:19
And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou?
John 1:22
Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself?
John 8:25
Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning.
What are the Churches you frequent? Have you been begetting actively? Meanwhile, welcome to worship Sweet Jesus with us!
Yours in Christ,
Elmer

Dear DP:
An introduction isn't just saying "hello." Please tell us about yourself. Age, gender location. Share with us your walk with Christ. What sins have you struggled with? And what denomination are you? I find it off-putting when someone says that they roam from Church to Church. Makes you sound like a hobo or a bum.

Aahhhh. Jeremiah 29. An excellent choice. One of my favorite chapters in the Bible.
Jeremiah 29:17-23 Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Behold, I will send upon them the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, and will make them like vile figs, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil. 18 And I will persecute them with the sword, with the famine, and with the pestilence, and will deliver them to be removed to all the kingdoms of the earth, to be a curse, and an astonishment, and an hissing, and a reproach, among all the nations whither I have driven them: 19 Because they have not hearkened to my words, saith the Lord, which I sent unto them by my servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them; but ye would not hear, saith the Lord. 20 Hear ye therefore the word of the Lord, all ye of the captivity, whom I have sent from Jerusalem to Babylon: 21 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, of Ahab the son of Kolaiah, and of Zedekiah the son of Maaseiah, which prophesy a lie unto you in my name; Behold, I will deliver them into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall slay them before your eyes; 22 And of them shall be taken up a curse by all the captivity of Judah which are in Babylon, saying, The Lord make thee like Zedekiah and like Ahab, whom the king of Babylon roasted in the fire; 23 Because they have committed villany in Israel, and have committed adultery with their neighbours’ wives, and have spoken lying words in my name, which I have not commanded them; even I know, and am a witness, saith the Lord.
