Question for Catholics -
03-14-2012, 09:08 PM
What are you doing in the Philippines?
Every Easter you papists get together, whip yourselves bloody
Find big sharp nails
Stick them into each other's hands
And pretend to be Jesus, our actual LORD.
Why would you do this? Do you not care about children?
Look at these faces and tell me it doesn't bother you they will be sent to Hell where Satan and his minions will have their way with them for all eternity because you've chosen to lie to them!
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

I see dozens of people have read this thread but not a single catholic would even try to explain it?
How terrible they are.

Very true Sister!
Ctholicks have been trained from childhood to keep quiet when they see something horrific
How else can Pedophile Priest have got away with abusing alterd boys for years. When a non-ctholick blow the whistle (so to speak) the Papal Pedod Protection Protocols permit priestal crimes to be covered up and the dirty kiddy fiddling father gets 'sent to another parish' where no one knows about his pedo past peccadillos.
They think of the children: but not in a good way.

Papists naturally shy away from scripture. Even in their gaudy churches if their priest occasionally reads to them from the Bible you can see them muttering and shuffling their feet. They are only happy when following vain repetitions and chanting stuff like "The Lord be with you/And also with you" over and over and reciting stuff and eating crackers that they think will turn into Jesus in their tummies . It's made little difference translating it from Latin.
You'll find few of them prepared to face the Lord's actual words that show them to be false and hellbound pagans.

Great. We ask for a Catholic, we get a retard.
Is your mommy home? Maybe she can answer why she keeps giving money to the Catholic cult, even though they cover up kiddie-rape.
Bible boring? Nonsense!

Yes, when one is first confronted with the reality of the papist cult, it can be a little overwhelming.
But don't worry! Throw away your Mary death-cult paraphernalia and ask Jesus to guide you to Heaven!
(1 Timothy 2:5) "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."
Yours in Christ (NOT MARY, NOT THE POPE),

Hello Mary, I just found this site and am replying to your request for a Catholic response. Whatever they are doing in the Philippines is pretty much a local practice and I am not aware of this practice in other areas. So, no, Catholics as a rule do not flog themselves bloody at Easter time. My guess is that those who engage in this activity are trying to unite themselves to the sufferings of Jesus, which is something we are all called to do. In our eyes those in the Philippines are going too far. Not sure they would agree with us but I haven't asked them. So, you are complaining against a local practice in another country, not about a general Catholic practice.
In Christ, George
