Let me introduce myself -
06-19-2009, 11:50 PM
Hello Brothers and Sisters,
My anme is John Magee and I'm from a place called Cloyne in Ireland. Being Irish, my parents baptised me as Catholic but over the years, I found that I did not agree entirely with their teachings.
So all of my twenties have been spent floating along with my own spirituality and beliefs but no true guidance from anyone. Religious options are very limited over here. I have only come upon your forum tonight but I have to say I find your knowledge of scripture and your wholesome attitudes very favourable.
Well, that's me.

Is it your choice to acquire salvation and become a True Christian?
Do you read the Bible?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

How many times were you sodomized by drunken mick papist "fathers?"
I'll say a prayer for you, friend. That must have been pretty bad. But I want you to know that being anally raped by your local mary-worshiping priest is nothing compared to what awaits you in the pits of hellfire. I urge you to repent of being a potato sucking bead counter TODAY, in the SWEET NAME OF JESUS!
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

Well I want to get to Heaven and am willing to do whatever that takes. The only Bible I've ever read is the one Catholics use. I don't know is that a good or bad thing.

It is a very, very bad thing. You want to only read the KJV1611 Bible. Live the teachings verbatim. Do not waiver.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?

Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Thankfully my parents did not make me become an "altar boy". I believe thhose that were were the ones who suffered the most at the hands of the priests. This controversy was one of the main elements in my turning away from Catholicism.
I did however attend a school run by Christian brothers. One of those disgusting men used to coach the sports team and used to be in the dressing rooms when we were all changing. Only in later life did I realise what this meant.

Take that satanic garbage and burn it right now! The Mary-worshipers have your mind twisted! And put down the Guinness! The roman pope's urine is an active ingredient in that swill!
Please take a look at THIS sermon I gave a few months ago on the topic of how to find the one True Bible.

So all these other Bibles choose to interpret in their own ways? Which Bible do Catholics use? And is it completely different to the KJV one?
