Praise Report RE: Mission to Rehoboth -
09-06-2016, 02:21 PM
The LORD GOD saw fit to answer our prayers regarding Rehoboth Beach this Labor Day weekend - but not in the way we expected.
Instead, He caused the weekend to be a near-washout. The primary events of the weekend were cancelled and will not be rescheduled. This meant thousands of queers were not in Rehoboth over the weekend. GLORY!
I was informed that I could cancel my hotel reservation without penalty, which in and of itself is miraculous on a holiday weekend in a beach community. And while I was not able to minister in person, there is little doubt that GOD's voice was heard loud and clear up and down the east coast. I spoke to Rev. Jedediah Carlson, a Baptist minister whose primary focus is the gay "community" in the area. He shared with me the fact that attendance at church was up significantly this weekend and that at least 20 men entered his back door for fellowship and cleansing. Rev. Carlson allows the gaywise to use his back door since many of the faithful do not wish for gays and lizbeens to come in the front of the church. Hallelujah!
I ask that everyone say a prayer of thanksgiving for GOD's intervention and for Brother Carlson's ongoing ministry to the vile, profane, and ungodly homers that seek his consolation.
Pastors: Brother Carlson has offered to help out with Landover's ex-gay programs if there is interest.
Proverbs 21:31 KJV 1611:
“The horse is prepared against the day of battell: but safetie is of the Lord.”
Lord, may I serve my equine brothers and sisters just as I do my fellow man. Amen and Amen
