  • 2 Timothy 3:16

I have often seen this passage of the bible given as proof that the bile is the literal word of god, i would simply like to adress somthing about this particular quote.

    2 Timothy 3:16

16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

I would like to point out that insperation is not the same as dictated. Often when this quote is used it seems to be as if the person using said quote is saying "All scripture isdictated by God"

Inspiration does not meen that god wrote the bible through the hands of man. "Inspired by god" could be as simple as the notion of god inspired these men to write of what they perceived god to be.

    for example:
One day I was listening to music, apon hearing the music I inspired to write a song.
Even though the song inpired me to write my own song, would you claim that it was that original song or that artist that created my song.

    Just a thought...

Do you acknowledge that God is mighty particular about who He inspires to write the Scriptures?
Jud 1:15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are unGodly among them of all their unGodly deeds which they have unGodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which unGodly sinners have spoken against him.

You can't understand the Holy Bible because your father is satan.

John 8:43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. 8:45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.
Now stop bothering us and start worshiping Jesus as He demands.

Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:

Debatable, I know you do not follow them but there are many, many, other gospels and books not included in the bible. So I would say that alot of people have claimed to have a religious experiance about god.

Son, your opinions and interpretations of Scripture are simply not credible. Your failure to glorify your Creator by appropriately capitalizing Holy Words which pertain to Him is but one indication that you utterly lack Christian discernment. In your first blasphemous sentence, you refer to our Holy Bible (KJV 1611) as "the bile." You need to wise up pronto and beg Jesus for forgiveness if you don't want to burn in hell for all eternity.

You lack discernment because of the distance you place between yourself and the LORD. If you would only let Him enter you and fill you with the Holy Spirit, you would no longer feel the satanic compulsion to twist His Word and second-guess Its meaning. God tells us plainly, on multiple occasions, that He tells the Biblical authors exactly what to write.

          Habakkuk 2:2
And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

          Jeremiah 36:2
Take thee a roll of a book, and write therein all the words that I have spoken unto thee against Israel, and against Judah, and against all the nations, from the day I spake unto thee, from the days of Josiah, even unto this day.

          II Peter 1:21
For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

You'll have to try harder than that, monkey worshiper. God always wins. There's plenty of room left on the winning team, so whenever you decide to give up on your stubbornness and decide that you would in fact like to join us in Heaven, we will be here for you when you are ready.

I will pray for your misguided, deluded soul.
          II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power

The man who is being progressively sanctified will inescapably sanctify his home, school, politics, economics, science, and all things else by understanding and interpreting all things in terms of the Word of God and by bringing all things under the Dominion of Christ the King. -R.J. Thank you Jedediah for reminding the saints of Habakkuk for in it lies inspirational words of the LORD...

Habakkuk 2:16 KJV: "Thou art filled with shame for glory: drink thou also, and let thy foreskin be uncovered: the cup of the LORD'S right hand shall be turned unto thee, and shameful spewing shall shall be on thy glory."

              Re: 2 Timothy 3:16

For some reason, the unsaved trash only seems to care about the first part of this Verse. However, let's take a look at the second part:

              2 Timothy 3:16:

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for
              instruction in righteousness

              1. Scripture should be the basis of doctrine. This means: base your life on Biblical Law.
              2. Scripture is profitable for reproof. This means that Scripture has authority over people, and people are supposed to obey it.
              3. Correction means about the same as reproof here, but it expands the area of Scriptural Authority to all matters , like science and economy.
              4. Instruction of righteousness: this simply means that only from Scripture we can learn how to be righteous.

In short, this Verse on itself says everything we always said it did.
              Sweet Lord Jesus,
I want to pray for those who persecute me, my Lord.
Please, treat their children as you treated those of Egypt, when they upset you! (Psalm 135:8-9)
Dash their little children against the stones for their fathers iniquity! (Psalm 137:8-9)
Hit them on the cheek, and smash out their teeth! (Psalm 3:7)
Make their death and descent into Hell swift and terrible! (Psalm 55:15)
Scatter their broken bodies over the streets of their evil cities, like Benghazi, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Mecca! (Psalm 110:6)
              Praised be Your Glorious Name™.

              Amen.
