Now no-one has to agree with God. So first, yes the bible does say that homosexuals should be killed however it also says that if a woman that is getting married is not a virgin then she shall be killed, hopefully, I shouldn't have to explain why that doesn't happen anymore as even if you think it is a mistake they've made then that may be true but they really shouldn't be killed because of it. Yes if the bible is correct then God did say that however saying you know his opinion after 1981 years is arrogant and shows your lack of common sense.

You are making the mistake of thinking there are two extremes, yes there are those people out there and trust me, we think they are as weird as you are, but there are also rational thinking people who just have different opinions than you and are perfectly good people who live a good life. There isn't anything wrong with living happily in a way that hurts no one.

It surprises me that having read The Bible and knowing the consequences of declining God's Love you still reject Him. There are only two extremes. Accepting what has been offered by God or rejecting Him. Let us discuss choices. There are many kinds of choices that may cause a person to become homosexual. In the beginning everything was good in God's eyes.

Genesis 1:18

Good things were discarded by choice of the first woman and man (Genesis 3:6). So, God did make everything perfect and our ancestors spoiled it. After that, God devised two systems to help us get back unto track: the Jewish law and when that failed, Jesus Christ. Both are two-way systems: Obedience and commitment (Ecclesiastes 12:13) lead to Heaven; disobedience and unbelief led to Hell (John 3:18). Meanwhile, God started to Create things that were by definition evil. Things that He did not like.

This means that having been Created by God does not mean that God approves. Now, unto choice. The first choice was the Fall from Grace in Genesis 3:6. Thereafter, choosing sin became commonplace. Sin is also transmitted vertically to the offspring. This means that the choice is not necessarily the choice of a person but his path may have been chosen by his grandparents.

Next: it is possible not to act according to one's predisposition to gay sex. If we didn't have the Bible, it would be OK to engage is responsible gay sex. Homosexuals are from the secular viewpoint as productive and talented as anyone, and, who wouldn't trade the nasty and tiresome conjugal relations with one's wife (mine's menopausal, Praise Jesus!) to the more well designed and proportioned male body? But we have the Bible. It tells us that homosexuality (unless Repented® and it is not practiced afterwards; John 8:11) will not lead into Heaven (1 Timothy 1:10).

Choice. By choosing Jesus one can unchoose the gay lifestyle. It is not "nice", it is a tedious and hard way to take. It's a life of self-denial that is not supposed to be nice. Jesus wants us, in fact, to hate our lives for greater rewards in Heaven. I've been able to please Him in this respect.

He did. He send us Jesus. You can choose to follow Him and be Saved™ (John 3:18). If you don't then God will do something about that, as well. Jesus will personally deal with them when He returns. Soon.

In the secular logic you might be correct, as classifying things into extremes would be the False Dilemma fallacy. However, God is allowed to follow His own logic, where the false dilemma, in the case of selecting Heaven-dwellers, becomes the method of choice.

Now, the next common arguments that sinners use to save some thime fro you:

1. How come? Isn't God supposed to Love everyone? First, God is not "supposed" to do anything. He is God and can make His own choices (Revelation 19:6). Second, the Bible tells us that He hated some people just because (Malachi 1:3; Romans 9:13).
2. But wouldn't that make God a hateful being? I'd rather be Hell than follow a thing like that! OK, it's your choice. We accept what God is and do not question Him. Jesus will return soon and, according to the Bible, He will cause war, famine, death of all sea life, the Sun to scorch people into unimaginable pain, torture them with poisonous newly created animals, send an army to kill 3-4 billions before taking care of the remaining Himself, case people to have sores so painful that they gnaw their own tongues. I think that there's deterrent enough to follow Him. Despite Luke 14:26.
