The New Ken Doll: Manbun But No Balls -
06-22-2017, 01:47 AM
I am so disgusted with the Mattel Corporation's goal to eliminate God's separation of male and female. Barbie's boyfriend, Ken, now has a feminine hair bun and tight pants with no bulge.
This is a slap in the face of True Christians™ and we must never purchase these products:
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

Brother Mr. Mayor:
I completely agree with you about this, but I would like to point out one potential positive to the design of these dolls.
No young woman should have an idea of what we are carrying in our nonmentionable garments until the dreaded act of procreation and even then she should not be permitted to see or touch them except through incidental contact. A Christian brother and I were discussing that most women are ignorant when it comes to the male anatomy and that's how it should be, whereas men need to know the dangerous parts with which we will be appalled when we attempt to sire a son for Jesus. I am in constant prayer about these things and find the prospect of having to replenish the earth quite troubling. I don't know how you married men do it.
To take my mind off it, I spend a lot of time with menfolk on my knees, and that seems to help.

Lord, may I serve my equine brothers and sisters just as I do my fellow man. Amen and Amen

You might be wondering about the connection between Ken and body image. Well, the average American girl between the ages of three to 11 owns ten Ken or Barbie dolls, according to “Barbie” by Sara Pendergast. The average American girl grows up surrounded by the Ken body image. The effects of Ken and body image run deeper than you might imagine.
We frequently give young children toys designed to allow them to practice for roles they will take on as adults. That’s why we have housekeeping toys, toy doctor kits, toy pots and pans, baby dolls and so on. Through play, children learn about the world and their place in it.
So what do Ken dolls teach children about the world? They teach children that it is desirable to have a smooth hairless body, a large shoulder-to-waist ratio, and to lack a penis or testicles. They may encourage children to strive for an unrealistic body image.
Parents can choose to give their children dolls that do not promote an unrealistic or even unhealthy body image. Parents can give their children toys other than dolls. Parents can also discuss the messages toys convey with their children. Even young children can begin to develop a critical eye towards these things if provided with some guidance in that direction.
Yet whenever I bring this up I'm labelled as hysterical or, worse, the d-word.
Acts 13:8 And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?

Thank you, Brother Brasil, for this deep thinking. The rules for raising Christian children are simple. Dolls that are babies for little girls to practice mothering skills, tractors and earth moving toys for boys preparing for jobs women are unable to do.

The Ken in the middle is very pretty. This may be the result of the eyeliner and pale lipstick that he wears.
His left hand should be under my head, and his right hand should embrace me.

If parents allow their children to play with male dolls, only one is Landover Baptist approved:
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

Not a Christian-looking fellow in the bunch. And see how close they are to holding hands?
His left hand should be under my head, and his right hand should embrace me.
