Drunken Mick Aussies worship latest Romanist idol. -

This would be screamingly funny if the eternal consequences weren't so horrifying.
Sick-ular Interwebs "news" source:
Quote:
Latest Jesus Sighting: Outside a Pub in Australia
(Dec. 10) -- The first recorded miracle of Jesus was turning water into wine. But now it seems he may be more in the mood for a beer.
After all, his most recent sighting was on the facade of an Irish pub on the southeast coast of Australia.
The image appeared several weeks ago in the stripped-away paint by the front door of the Seanchai Irish Tavern. A local first pointed out that the missing paint chips formed the shape of Jesus with outstretched arms. Since then, many of the pub's regulars have agreed.
Manager John Keohane, an Irish Catholic, likened the image to the statue of Jesus towering above Rio de Janeiro (another notorious Cathylick idol).

Can't the Romanist false Jesus do anything more significant than appear in peeling paint or on a tortilla?
It gets better. This Australien "news"paper says,
Quote:
The long-haired figure is standing with hands outstretched.
|
And just where in the Bible does it say that Our Lord Jesus Christ had long hair?
1 Cor. 11:14: Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?
Do not be fooled by the false Jesuses of the great whore "church":
Matt. 24:23-24: Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here [is] Christ, or there; believe [it] not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.
Questions to ask liberal "Christians" ✞ Things that the Bible doesn't say ✞ Tolerance

I would like to say that I am Australian and I take offense at your generalisation that all Australians are convicts. Australia is a nation built on migration and we have a proud history of accepting people from all parts of the world. I like to think that we have a tolerant and fair society that judges people on their merits although I would like to say that my fellow countrymen that are portrayed in this news article are a disgrace to Australia. The fact that they believe the false images they claim to have seen is sinful and I hope they burn in hell for their idolatry.

Of course all Austrains aren't convicts.
Plenty of the are half-wit abos who eat maggots for breakfast.
We know all about your Godless island, Popdart. We've been there.

All Australians ARE convicts. Your piddly little island is populated by convicts from england and Ireland.
Your most famous exports are some beer called fosters, though all it fosters are feelings if illness in anyone unfortunate to drink it, a irish australian called Ned Kelly.....A convict i might add, and a cross dresser with pretensions of grandeur, Dame Edna Everidge
Or else a heathen television show about an intelligent kangaroo called skippy. Even though that could be true, with the IQ of the average Australian, Skippy may well have been the most intelligent sentient being from your heathen country

I'm sorry but on what basis do you state that Australians are ALL convicts? This is a gross generalisation of the composition of Australia. While I do not deny that Australia had convict and was originally contructed as a penal settlement, the transportation of convicts to Australia ended in 1868. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Convicts_in_Australia Do you discount the large number of migrants that Australia received both prior to and after the end of the convict era? Because that would be removing a large proportion of the Australian population. Personally, I can trace my family back to Kent in England when my grandparents migrated to Australia in the 1940's. And they were free citizens, not cowardly, despicable convicts. I take offense that you overgeneralise a country that has a proud history and is a staunch ally of the United States.
Also, just so you know,
Quote:
North America was used for transportation from the early 17th century to the American Revolution of 1776. In the 17th century, it was done at the expense of the convicts or the shipowners. The first Transportation Act in 1718 allowed courts to sentence convicts to seven years' transportation to America. In 1720, extension authorized payments by the state to merchants contracted to take the convicts to America. Under the Transportation Act, returning from transportation was a capital offence.[2][3]
The gaols became overcrowded and dilapidated ships were pressed into service, the hulks moored in various ports as floating gaols. The number of convicts transported to North America is not verified although it has been estimated to be 50,000 by Dr John Dunmore Lang. These went originally to New England, the majority of prisoners taken in battle from Ireland and Scotland. Some were sold as slaves to the Southern states.[4]
From the 1620s until the American Revolution, the British colonies in North America received transported British criminals, effectively double the period that Australian colonies received convicts. The American Revolutionary War brought that to an end and, since the remaining British colonies in what is now Canada were close to the new United States of America, prisoners sent there might become hostile to British authorities. Thus, the British Government was forced to look elsewhere.
