  • Pro Tip for those living month-to-month

Due to recent issues with some of our congregants, I'm making the following recommendations on behalf of the board of deacons.

If you can't routinely count on having sufficient money in your checking account throughout the month to meet your tithing schedule, call the church office and have them set up automatic billing to a credit card rather than an automatic bank draft. That way, the Church can still charge you without having to count on you maintaining a sufficient balance. If you don't have a credit card, we'll help you apply for one.

We'll have to charge you an extra $1.20 per transaction, but I think you will agree that this is a small price to pay to make sure the LORD receives His tithes on time. After all, the money is not really yours anyways. You're simply returning to God that which is already His.

    Haggai 2:8
The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.

    Malachi 3:8-9
Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.
Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
    II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power

The man who is being progressively sanctified will inescapably sanctify his home, school, politics, economics, science, and all things else by understanding and interpreting all things in terms of the Word of God and by bringing all things under the Dominion of Christ the King. -R.J. Rushdoony
