Brothers and sisters, how many times have we heard this before? I cannot count the number of unsaved heathens who have presented me with this half-baked liberal foolishness. Most folks seem to think that if they pet a kitten once in awhile, Jesus will just say "good enough" and send them on to Heaven, right after He kills them. I'm here today to tell you, this is simply not true. In fact, nothing could be further from God's Truth.
You're right God is Loving and Merciful. And once you start following His son Jesus with all your heart you now become one of Gods children. And He will come to your aid more then you can imagine (Psalms 18). If you think you're slipping by any other way the Bible calls you a Bastard.
God lets terrible things happen everyday to much more innocent people then you. That's how He demonstrates His love. Take a walk through a cancer ward of a hospital and tell me how many children are in unbelievable pain and suffering. Such pure souls under the watchful eye of the Living God. God let Jesus suffer like you cannot imagine! What makes you think that that you are so special? The Apostle's suffered beatings all the time. God allowed this to happen. Suffering for the name of Jesus! The Father knows who suffered for His Sons name sake. Those who accept Christ as their Personal Savior© will reap rewards in Heaven.
When really bad things happen (like you get eaten by wild beasts, get killed in war, get sick and die, etc.), then you'll know that it was God that did it to you. Shout THANK YOU JESUS!!
Ezekiel 14:13 Son of man, when the land sinneth against me by trespassing grievously, then will I stretch out mine hand upon it, and will break the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it:
14:15 If I cause noisome beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil it, so that it be desolate, that no man may pass through because of the beasts:
14:17 Or if I bring a sword upon that land, and say, Sword, go through the land; so that I cut off man and beast from it:
14:19 Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast:

God brought Moses up on a mountain to see the promise land but wouldn't let him into the promise land. God killed Moses because he got mad and hit the rock with his staff instead of following Gods instructions and talking to the rock..... Are you following HIS instructions? And I mean ALL of His instructions?
God killed the Pharaohs baby when he wouldn't obey God. Are you obeying His word?(JOB 1:19) God let JOBS entire family get wiped out by Satan, all his children and servants were slaughtered. I could go on and on.
Why do you think God created hell in the first place? To DEMONSTRATE His Love! GLORY!!
Romans 9:22-24: [What] if God, willing to shew [his] wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?
What's scary is nothing has changed. The world has become a modern day Egypt. There was false doctrine back then and False Prophets, Witches, Satanists, Sorcerers, Liars, Perverts, Murderers, Sodomites and Whoremongers, and there are 10 times as many today!
God will show up to clean house any day now. I hope that you are ready when Jesus and his Angels start separating the wicked by throwing their souls into HELL. Start fearing God and humble yourself before him! Fearing God is wise and keeps you alive...Then you never have to fear anything else!
Luke 12:4 And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
12:5 But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
PSALMS 112:1 Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
He is your creator and wants to be your Father. If you're not living by His covenant you're considered a filthy bastard. Don't insult God by willfully being a bastard!
