There seems to be a common lie going around amongst so called Christians that our sun is just one of many stars and it isn't all that special in the universe. That is a bald faced lie and I will prove it!

Mark 13:25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

Here we have Jesus' own words saying that the stars will fall from the sky to the earth. If you can't believe Jesus Christ, who can you believe?

John the Divine actually sees that it is going to happen in his vision that Jesus sent him. So now we have two different sources.

1 Corinthians 15:40 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.

The Apostle Paul confirms that the sun is its own sort of special celestial body different from the moon and the stars. That is three different divine and inspired witnesses. That is enough for a conviction in just about any court of law.

In fact, this case was tried in 1590. Giordano Bruno was the first heretical liar to suggest that the sun is actually a star. Good Christians rose up and punished him for his blasphemy by burning him at the stake!

The next time you see a false Christian out there mixing up the sun with a garden variety star, like Venus, set them straight! Don't get sucked into the lies of modern science!

Also, the sun is much, much bigger than any star that I've ever seen. I will also point out that the sun comes out in the day and the stars come out at night. John 1:5 may be applicable.

So? A stopped clock is right twice a day. For that one moment in time, they'd put aside their heresies, idol worship, child molestation, etc., basically everything that defined them as Catholics, and were being good Christians (even if just for a fleeting moment) by torturing and killing in an extremely gruesome manner a man whose only crime was to tell people what he'd seen and not realize that if what one sees is in contradiction with the Bible (which is perfect, and we know this because it says it is) then it's obviously the Devil playing games with you (unless it was God playing games with you [2 Thessalonians 2:11]) but whatever in either case it was plain that God wanted Bruno dead, so these people took it upon themselves to make that happen (because omnipotent beings like God need all the help they can get) and so, at the time in question, yes, they were good Christians.

Hello Levi Jones.

There is a very simple question you can ask people have you ever had a sunburn of course you have but have you ever had a starburn no you have not.

I was in a country called Viet Nam we made our own alcohol out of 50 pound bags of Sugar, Granulated, White and a local fruit called durian it smells like a dead person who has lost control of their bowels and there were many dead people in Southeast Asia so the comparison is easy to make.

We made our own alcohol because the beer they gave us did not taste right because it was watered down I am not proud of this bootlegging.

I drank too much of our moonshine and fell asleep in the sun I had blisters on my stomach and on my face. I have fallen asleep at night and I never got blisters from starlight.

Someone was showing me artwork the other day about "galaxies" which vere very numerous, they said. Apparently you can see them in the sky at night.

And if you use a telescope they look bigger, which was not a surprise because if I look at my next door neighbours using a telescope they look bigger too. Obviously they do not suddenly get farther away just because I'm using a telescope but that is what this heathen was saying.

"Look at all the galaxies" I was instructed. Some of them were quite pretty actually - but generally the're too small to see naked.
"How wonderful that God put them there for us" I commented not sure what to do when someone is standing that close with a telescope and two of my friends were making a racket in the shed trying on some costumes I'd made which was very distracting.
"There are hundreds of billions of stars in each galaxy" the wretch continued, "each one a sun in it's own right.." which was enough for me to realise what was really being said:

I'd had enough and went into the shed. They were having trouble with some hooks and eyes and I was able to assist; I will not use them in future.

What are these galaxies and nebulae? They aren't mentioned in the Bible.
