I only ever used a water pistol once, my father slapped it out of my hands and gave me a walloping.
"Boy, I ain't raising you to be a sissy girly man."
And that's when he gave me his M-16, I was 5 and remember it like yesterday.
"How's it work Dad?"
"Boy are you some sort of a retard? Figure it out your damned self, now get out of my sight...and DON'T BE SHOOT'N UP THE HOUSE"
Now, not every father is as loving and trusting as mine, so I understand water pistols are very popular with today's youth in lieu of actual firearms. I would encourage parents to introduce their children to firearms at an early age so they can help protect our borders from the Mexican and Canadian menace (and black people with hoodies).
Larry Pratt of Gun Owners of America is a man after my own heart. Like my father, he "
gets it".
The transcript.
Quote:
Gun Owners of America director Larry Pratt appeared once again on conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ radio program last week to discuss his work to stop gun violence prevention legislation.
Jones told Pratt that the gun lobby needs to “get on the offense culturally, because they’ve got the kids in their clutches right now.” Pratt agreed, saying, “I think we have to push back in whatever smart way we can do to make sure that kids see, yeah having a gun is just as much fun as you thought it was when you were shooting your buddy with a water pistol yesterday.”
