San Diego Christian lawyers lose bids to be judges

SAN DIEGO (AP) — Four Christian lawyers who vowed to be God's ambassadors on the bench have lost their bids to oust four San Diego Superior Court judges.

With 100 percent of precincts reporting early Wednesday, incumbent judges Lantz Lewis, Joel Wohlfeil, Robert Longstreth and DeAnn Salcido handily beat the conservative attorneys.

Craig Candelore, Larry "Jake" Kincaid, Bill Trask and Harold J. Coleman Jr. garnered no more than 35 to 40 percent of each race's vote. They were backed by pastors, gun enthusiasts, and opponents of abortion and same-sex marriages.

Critics said the campaign aimed to pack courts with judges who adhere to a religious agenda, threatening both the impartiality of the court system and the separation of church and state.

This is just one more example of why it is imperative that True Christians™ band together all across the fruited plains of America and get that secular U.S. constitution scrapped! We need God's Holy Word as the only law of the land. Can I get an AMEN!?

Pastor Ezekiel I don't wish to offend or question your understanding and wisdom of the machinations of God and law however I fear that you are not looking far enough into the future.

This outrage has obviously blurred you usually perceptive forward vision.

You and your fellow Americans should be looking toward Martial Law, summary justice and summary executions as a proactive solution
All under the stewardship of the True Christians (tm) via the LBC which would ensure that lawa and order is as it should be

This will be both cost and time effective and will set your great country on the path to rid and cleanseyour land of Blasphemors, Heathens and Homers etc.

This is also good for Australia as we automatically duplicate all American trends and fasion etc. within 30 days and thus there will be sufficient influence and pressure on our Governement to do likewise

As much as I believe the King James Bible should replace the Constitution (especially that damned 14th amendment), in the Constitution's defense there is no instance of the phrase "separation of church and state". The seperation of church and state is a liberal invention, meant to trick people into thinking the Constitution is some kind of ultra-secular doctrine. Nothing could be further from the truth.

But wait, where can the phrase "separation of church and state" be found? None other than the Soviet Constitution!

Freedom of religious worship and freedom of anti-religious propaganda is

This is why we need conservative, Christian judges who won't be afraid of having God's law usurp secular law. After all, isn't it absolutely horrendous that man-made secular laws actually have supercedence over God's own law He put forth in the Bible?

What we need is a reconciliation of Romans 13. We are commanded to obey God, yet secular authorities. So why not make secular authorities be equivalent to God's law?

This is the perfect solution. I can't believe people are so evil and/or stupid to vote against putting these judges in power!

Just throwing out an idea here;

I note some non-Muslim countries recognize Sharia law for their Muslim adherents. Perhaps we might take a page from their book and institute Christian Tribunals here in the US, but limit it at first to God fearing Christians that are willing and eager to participate in this new system. After this is organized and running, the Godly Christian folks with access to this system might (slowly at first) start 'pulling' the unSaved into the system in litigation over civil, not criminal, matters. Once the Christian Tribunal System has a 'toe in the door' for exerting it's judicial purview over the unSaved in civil matters, the system might then slowly start working in minor criminal matters, like vagrancy, that the existing court system is uneager to deal with. And once that precedent is established, this system, over a period of years, would slowly creep up the criminal scale. At some point Christian Incarceration Facilities would be constructed. At first, these facilities would be offered as a voluntary alternative to the state prison and jail system to folks willing to be so processed. Then over time, slowly but steadily, this system would start absorbing individuals unwilling to be exposed to Christ's healing powers in the jail system.

I can see over a period of years this system becoming an established and respected part of the US criminal justice system. And then we can slowly start enforcing Biblical law on everyone, and dismantle the existing system. I can see if this was done in a careful and calculating manner, the US could be consecrated as a 100% Christian Law country in just a few decades. And it could be done without any judicial review or oversight from the existing criminal justice system.

The constitution states that congress shall pass no laws respecting an establishment of religion. There is no law preventing Christians from being judges. What am I missing?

I tempted to agree with that logic. "Democracy" is just so expensive. Even though my company gets back 10 times its investment in buying elections, it would be so much cheaper if we just put our people into office and then declared martial law. That's what we usually do in banana republics, and now that the USA has become third world too, I see no reason why it should be any different.

I don't know we could talk about on AM hate radio or Fox News if we didn't have Democrats to demonize. Sure, we can always drum up hatred against other countries, faggots, and minority groups, maybe even start another unnecessary war, but nothing gets the conservative base more riled up than convincing them that they're surrounded by elitist limousine liberals who want to rape their children and take away their guns.

Even though my company gets back 10 times its investment in buying elections, it would be so much cheaper if we just put our people into office and then declared martial law. Good points - Consider this, with the implementation of martial law there will be enourmous potential to simultaneously carry out God's wishes and generate significant sums of revenue to continue Gods work.

The keyword is "out sourcing" or as it should be known "God Sourcing".

This is the way that Jesus would whish matters to be adressed

LBC can recruit and train its own "Godly" security personnel that would be contracted in lieu of the National Guard / Police.

The resukt will deliver 3 upsides:
1. This would ensure that True Christians (tm) would oversee all operations and dispense justice and Gods Law in a way in which Jesus would be proud.
2. The revenue generated from the "God Sourcing" would then be channeled back into the coffers of LBC thus ensuring the great work for Jesus by True Christians (tm) can continue. Conservatively this may be around $20 M USD per annum and this will help in the salvation of many wretched souls
3. Liberal heathens un empowered
