Hello! -
06-23-2015, 07:42 PM
Hello everyone!
My name is Gabriella, I'm 23 years old and I just found god in my life.
Up until a month ago I used to be an agnostic, but one day I met a group of young people in town that saved me and led my heart to jesus! I've been searching for a true christian community, since most people here in sweden are sinners and atheists.
I'm currently going to a local church in my hometown in Sweden.
My favorite bible verse is Zephaniah 3:10: "The Lord thy God win the midst of thee is mighty; He will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; He will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing."

Welcome Gabriella. How many sons has your husbands seed created deep within your loins? What is his name? What is his favorite creature to hunt? Do tell us all about him.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Hello Gabriella,
Nice to meet you. There seems to be a bit of a discrepancy between the text in the verse you posted (Zephaniah 3:10) and your wording of said text. Would you be so kind to explain this difference?
Kind regards, Roland
Jeremiah 6:21 Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will lay stumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the sons together shall fall upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall perish.
Best wishes for the people in Ukraine.

It's Zephaniah 3:17.

Welcome sister! May God continue to strengthen your relationship with Him. I joined not long ago and I feel as though my faith has grown leaps in this small time and I am learning much from those around me here. I pray the same for you!
Praise Jesus! For He alone saves

You need to sit down with your Pastor. While running your lips on a flute and bringing joy, it is not going to make Babies For Jesus©. You must take His Love in and Let Him enable you to produce Christian Soldiers.

Welcome then, Gabriella. We get many Swedes here on this Godly board. Most come with the objective of sneering at Christians and demonstrating their atheist perversions. We have made contact with a few other Christians from the Norwegian areas, but most Swedes seem to be on the fast track to Hell. Do thrill us with news of the North Pole. We hear little of your area.
God Bless!

You are in no position to determine what a Good Christian man is. Only God and a Pastor can make that determination. Remember, any man no matter how distasteful to you he may seem, does not matter. Think about how any man will feel having to be with you, what with your constant clucking, that monthly curse and 'the smell'.

I don't really think you understand.
Since~80% of swedish men are atheists and I dont want to marry no atheist, I have to look out for a good husband that believe in jesus and god cus I cant be with no atheist. That's just wrong!
I want my children to have a good christian father that can teach them the right way of god. I dont want them to end up in hell well the other swedes. I hope you understand.

I believe you should consult with your father and possibly our Godley Pastor, regarding the possibility of your emigration to America. Sweden is no place for a young Christian woman. I doubt there would be any argument on that point. Many Swedes have come to America, though only a few of them have arrived in recent years. They mostly live in Minnesota, where they consume strong whiskey and consort with Canadians. They are known to be of low moral fiber. They have a Jew Senator. I don't believe you should move to Minnesota, as the sordid atmosphere is almost as bad as Sweden, but you may well find a home here in some more Godly part of America. That is my advice.

Hello Ocarina and welcome to this Godly forum! I too became a Christian a short time ago, and doing so gave me a wonderful tingly sensation down bellow my stomach, as I'm sure it did for you. That is just God working His ways inside of us.
Too bad your favorite Bible passage is pretty much just filler. People back in Jesus' time used to drone on all poetically and stuff, so you have to be able to pick out the meaningful parts. As Jesus gave an example to, in Matthew 10:34, the meaning of certain things must be fulfilled.
You find many decent, hard, Christian men on this forum. You may even find yourself coming back again and again, and not knowing why.

Everyone is born an atheist. However, those with devout Christian parents have a better chance at being normal. At a early age, before any opinions can be made, the child is exposed to the love, guidance and Perfection of God and Christianity.
A man who has not yet found Christianity and lived in demnail of Jesus, well you have to get him to See the Light.
Tell your Pastor you are willing to do what ever it takes and will do so without question if he will find a man to tolerate you.
