The Devil's Music -

Careful, friends, to avoid these tracks in 2019. Rock'n'roll is still the Devil's music even after all these years.

I've learned some french, and it's definitely not my favorite. I like German though. Fun to learn and speak.

That’s in pretty poor taste. Did you know that hundreds if not thousand of joos died in mysterious circumstances in the War because of the Germans?
Don’t you even history, much?

Hi .. again
Never managed to learn German but it's definitely my next attempt at a language with a small vocabulary. Did get a prize for some French way back; they had nothing much to say. Other historical languages record some interesting discussions which in many cases were unwelcome in their own time. Perhaps you could think of one?
Microtonal variations (usually in singing) were used to express emotional objections back then. They set your nerves on edge just as some sounds (the same sounds) now have a similar effect. In your next post, perhaps after searching what those sounds were, you could explain how music reinforcing God's values differs from music promoting mysticism.

Hi, I just want to say good luck with German, It's known to be a pretty hard language to learn. (I haven't really mastered it yet either). As for microtonal singing, Sounds with higher pitches and shorter lengths are more off putting than lower, longer pitches. This may have something to do with earlier humans, associated a scream or distressed yells (High, short pitches) with danger, such as a bear attacking another person. While lower, shorter pitches were associated with communication of food or water, a pleasant thought for survival. (Just a theory though). As for differing God's Values and Mysticism, I don't know. Maybe enlighten me?

Well, if it helps with "Poor Taste" I also know some French and I'm pretty solid with Spanish. Either way, that's your opinion. And I am fully aware of the Holocaust and Hitler who was German. And do you mean Jews? Spellcheck much?

Well, there was the much less publicized Armenian holocaust in Turkey, but last time I checked, Turkey was not a part of Europe.

Oh, thanks for pointing out my mistake. I meant the rest of Europe. I wonder why the Armenian Holocaust wasn't as reacted to as Hitler's Holocaust.

I thought "Holocaust" was a Hebrew word for burnt offering. Or an equivalent word used in English. But no-one speaks classical Hebrew either.
Getting back on topic, rock'n'roll developed from the dance ensembles using similar instruments but with guitars getting more prominence. Bill Haley and the Comets would be a good example of that transition. Satan knew however that not everyone would go for. the guitar sound, leading to material such as follows:
Yes, there are people who could dance. to that and if sufficiently intoxicated they could probably rock'n'roll. given the moral decrepitude following on from the swinging 60's. I did have a more recent example of the genre, all within the overarching tradition, but I think that's enough for now.
Both are approx. half-hour pieces and although you can listen to the whole thing, perhaps if you have some ear-wax proving difficult to dislodge? the very short excerpt is more than sufficient. Satan will do anything using guitars or whatever else get's you in and it's important for Christians to know when a family member is listening to stuff intended as a gateway to denying Christ in other areas.
I hope we're back on track now, if necessary you can listen to the other piece from 2016 here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtKPC8kOS1Q
which is a development of the theme; it doesn't really matter where you start listening just give it about a minute (if you can stand that much) and you'll see what I mean.

No. But it is an influence in the rock genre. Here at the end of a song about taking heroin, for example.
More cacophany, same pandemonium.

That's very attractive script, Sister. Is it Burmese?
