Dear Friends,
I'd like to compare of the Holy Scriptures with the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Here we will demonstrate, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that what Catholics hold beliefs radically inconsistent with the Bible. We will do so using their own pre-approved words.

"This catechism aims at presenting an organic synthesis of the essential and fundamental contents of Catholic doctrine, as regards both faith and morals, in the light of the Second Vatican Council and the whole of the Church's Tradition. Its principal sources are the Sacred Scriptures,
the Fathers of the Church, the liturgy, and the Church's Magisterium." Catechism 11
"For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book." Revelation 22:18.
***
"The texts of Sacred Scripture are often not quoted word for word but are merely indicated by a reference." Catechism 19
"Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away." Mark 31:13
***
"God never ceases to draw man to himself." Catechism 27
"And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had spoken unto Moses." Exodus 9:12
***
"Our holy mother, the Church, holds and teaches that God, the first principle and last end of all things, can be known with certainty from the created world by the natural light of human reason." Catechism 36.
"Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?" Job 38:33
