Scriptures tell us about homosexuality and the evils of it and what will happen to those who practice this foul sodomy. But lesbianism hardly gets a mention. And nor should it, as it pertains only to the weaker females.
Most references in the Bible about homosexuality refer to sodomy, a crime that lesbians can hardly be accused of, unless they use plastic prosthetic devices. So what does the Bible say about lesbians?
The main reference in the Bible to lesbians can be found in the book of Ruth. Elimelech travelled to the heathen land of Moab with his wife Naomi and two sons to avoid a famine. But while there he died, leaving Naomi a widow. Their two sons married two pagan Moabites, Ruth and Orpah (no relation to Oprah). Then the sons died. As Naomi was by now too old to bear more sons for her daughters-in-law to wed, she instructed them to return to their own people, while she, Naomi, returned to hers, as the famine was now over. Orpah kissed Naomi and off she went. But Ruth refused to go.

Ruth 1:14-22

14 And they lifted up their voice, and wept again: and Orpah kissed her mother in law; but Ruth clave unto her. 15 And she said, Behold, thy sister in law is gone back unto her people, and unto her gods: nreturn thou after thy sister in law. 16 And Ruth said, * Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: othy people shall be my people, and thy God my God: 17 Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: pthe Lord do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me. 18 qWhen she saw that she * was stedfastly minded to go with her, then she left speaking unto her.
19 So they two went until they came to Beth-lehem. And it came to pass, when they were come to Beth-lehem, that rall the city was moved about them, and they said, Is this Naomi? 20 And she said unto them, Call me not * Naomi, call me * Mara: for sthe Almighty hath dealt very bitterly with me. 21 I went out full, tand the Lord hath brought me home again empty: why then call ye me Naomi, seeing the Lord hath testified against me, and the Almighty hath afflicted me? 22 So Naomi returned, and Ruth the Moabitess, her daughter in law, with her, which returned out of the country of Moab: and they came to Beth-lehem uin the beginning of barley harvest.

It sounds like true love between Naomi and and the Moabite pagan Ruth. Once in Bethlehem, Ruth no doubt found the Lord and gave up her pagan ways, for Boaz (a close kinsman of Naomi’s deceased husband Elimelech, possibly Elimelech’s cousin) did the honourable thing and after paying Naomi married Ruth.

Ruth 4:13-17

13 So Boaz ptook Ruth, and she was his wife: and when he went in unto her, qthe Lord gave her conception, and she bare a son. 14 And rthe women said unto Naomi, Blessed be the Lord, which hath not * left thee this day without a * kinsman, that his name may be famous in Israel. 15 And he shall be unto thee a restorer of thy life, and * a nourisher of * thine old age: for thy daughter in law, which loveth thee, which is sbetter to thee than seven sons, hath born him. 16 And Naomi took the child, and laid it in her bosom, and became nurse unto it. 17 tAnd the women her neighbours gave it a name, saying, There is a son uborn to Naomi; and they called his name Obed: he is the father of Jesse, the father of David.

So Ruth was in fact the great-grandmother of David.
But what this story tells us is that while Ruth was a heathen lesbian who seduced Naomi, once Ruth was introduced to the Lord, she gave up her evil ways and became a good Obed-ient wife to Obed, bearing him sons. Poor Naomi – living in a foreign heathen land succumbed to the temptations of the flesh without her husband and sons to keep her on the straight and narrow. But once she returned to her people, she was ashamed that she had let herself be seduced; so ashamed that she pretended her name was Mara. Naomi spent the rest of her days as a nursemaid to Obed’s children.
What else do we learn about lesbians?
Deuteronomy 22:5 tells us

The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God

In its most literal sense, one may assume that it’s fine to be a lipstick lesbian but not a bull dyke. But is that what it’s really saying? It’s clearly equating bull dykes with effeminate faggots, lesbians with homosexuals.
Romans 1:24-32

1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
1:29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
1:30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
1:31Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

The “natural use” of women is to act as sexual objects for the pleasure of men and bear them sons. Notice the phrase “even their women.” The text seems to suggest that it is more common for men to engage in sexual depravity, and when women begin to do it, that is a sign things are getting really bad. Men have much stronger sex drives than women, and so are more prone to sexual deviancy. When women commit unnatural sexual acts, then the degree of immorality has truly become shameful. Clearly, this passage puts lesbianism on equal ground with male homosexuality.

And finally from Luke 17:32-35

32 tRemember Lot’s wife. 33 uWhosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall xpreserve it. 34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. 35 yTwo women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Let me assure you – Luke wasn’t talking about 2 women grinding grain!
So although the Bible scarcely mentions lesbians, it is not because God doesn’t see lesbianism as a sin. He sees it on a par with male homosexuality. And the only reason it’s not mentioned much is because it only concerns women and women aren’t as important as men.
