This is not an online interview forum. If you'd like to say something about the scientology cult, then say it. We are True Christians™, and so obviously we reject anything that is not of the KJV Bible.

First, I am not Bottom. I am BottomGun. It is in reference to the fact that I serve in the US Submarine service in the US Navy.
Second, I attend the Crossgates Baptist Church in Pearl, MS where I am from, and I am 29 years old. Have I answered all your questions?

It isn't an interview. It's an introduction. Please share with us your testimony. How did you come to find Jesus? What are some of your favorite verses? Do you have a wife?

My name is Ross, and yes, I am married. My wife and I have been married 10 years, and we have 3 children - 2 boys and 1 girl, 8, 6, and 3, my daughter, Charlene, "Charlie" is the youngest.
I came to know Jesus when I was 13, and a drunk driver hit my mom's car on the driver's side. She died, but I was in the hospital for a long time and doctors said that I would be parallyzed for the rest of my life. I cried and cried, and prayed for over two years that I would walk because I just felt as though I had too much work to do to do it from a wheel chair. Then, my girlfriend (now my wife) took me to church with her, and the pastor and the congregation at Crossgates started praying for me. After a couple of weeks, I woke up in the middle of the night, and my legs were really itching so I started scratching them not realizing that I had feeling in my legs for the first time in two years. But the itch was really bad, so I brought my leg up to my chest so can could reach the itch, and that's when it hit me that I could move my legs!!! I was so excited that I forgot all about the itch, and I jumped out of bed and started yelling and celebrating, and my dad came in to see what was wrong with me. And when he saw that I was jumping around and dancing on my feet, he started jumping around with me. I told him it was because of the prayers at my girlfriend's church, and we (me and my dad) both became Christians that very moment.
Me and my girlfriend, Cindy were married 6 weeks after high school graduation, and I joined the Navy at the end of that summer. I belong here, and my wife and I are very happy. I minister to all of my shipmates, and when we're in port, my wife is there with me, and so are my children.

BTW, I asked my original question about Scientology because one of my shipmates claims to be a Scientologist. This is the first time I have ever encountered a Scientologist, and I need to know more about Scientology before I can minister to him about The Lord. "The best way to defeat your enemy is to know your enemy." So that's why I want to learn about Scientology before I begin ministering to my shipmate. I need some firepower.

Don't they teach you how to use a computer in the Navy? A 3 second Google search got me THIS. I'm sure there must be tons of information out there.
The way to witness to a scientologist wouldn't be much different than witnessing to any cult member. Those people don't even accept Christ! They believe that we're all controlled by space aliens! I'm surprised they even allow freaks like that in the military.
Good luck with your efforts to bring your shipmate to Jesus. You might want to suggest he come here to our forum. We can help.
