One good thing about this "kneeling" business during the National Anthem before pro football games is we have learned who is a real American and who is not. We have learned who we need to keep here in this country and who we can live without. Those who make this display are disrespectful to God, Jesus, our flag, our veterans, our President and all elected officials including myself. Now we know who they are.

That is a good reason for all of us here at Landover Baptist to demand the Anthem be played before every event open to the public. There are dozens of events right here around Freehold where it should be played but is not. For example, at the Iowa State Fair there are steer and pig judging contests and baking contests. There is a barbecue cook off downtown every summer. If the Anthem was required for each of these events we could photograph all those who take a knee and remember who they are when we might need to know.

For example, the photograph of the kneeling jerk could be in computer files attached to the person's name. When police or highway patrol officers pull over someone that picture would come up when the car license number was entered by the officer. Instead of just a warning, the officer would meter out the maximum fine. The picture would be useful for purposes like that.

It's really pretty simple isn't it - kneel for Jesus, stand for the Anthem, something that should have been learned by grade 3. But of course the Democrats have controlled the education system for decades and have turned out nothing but a bunch of pajama boys.

Sure, the constitution guarantees freedom of speech, peaceful assembly and association, along with petition and peaceful protest - but we can require that they register and apply for a permit, then we know who they are and can keep an eye on them.

While I don't want to digress here, but while we're on the subject of the National Anthem and things offensive to True Christians™ everywhere, we need to discuss crimes and misdemeanors and their punishment.

While there are plenty of examples of those wishing to derail Trump's MAGA initiatives, Lady Gaga is particularly noteworthy of deserving an extended jail sentence for butchering the National Anthem.

Perhaps those Navy Blue Angels might want to consider carrying live ammunition in their flyovers.

Personally, I find our national anthem bombastic and cheesy. When I was growing up in school, I always sat during the anthem, only standing when the Sisters threatened to expel me. They also struck my wrist with their hard-sticks; I really hate our anthem, honestly. Just everything about it, the tone, the lyrics, and how assholes force you stand for it. piffle that.

Let's take it one step further. Not standing up for the National Anthem, or even singing it wrong, should be a felony.

That's horrible, Dr. Toole! That would be tantamount to gateway to a Nazi police state. Is that the sort of control you'd want to live under? I'd be packing my bags for Canada before that happened.

I was shocked to learn that India is a step ahead of us in terms of patriotism. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-38298821 People are arrested for failing to stand for the national anthem. Why can't we show this kind of patriotism here in the United States?

The original ruling even showed true patriotism by requiring disabled people to stand as well.

In October, a disabled man who had been carried from his wheelchair to a seat, described how he was assaulted by other members of the audience for not standing for the anthem.

Unfortunately, this ruling was later amended to give an exception to lazy people who would rather pretend to be disabled than show respect to their nation. I'd like to hope there are a few patriots around that would be willing to teach these unpatriotic bums the meaning of hard work by knocking some sense into them! Or at the very least giving them a good rebuking. I bet the NFL players, like the people in wheelchairs, are just too lazy to stand up!

The ruling says that the anthem must be played in all cinemas, accompanied by an image of the Indian flag, and everyone must stand. It also stated that the doors must remain closed to prevent people from entering or leaving. The court later amended the ruling to exempt disabled people.

However, this does give us a chance to shine and set an example for the other nations of the world. We're willing to stick to the principle where India is not! I hope Trump will soon implement a law forcing everyone, including the so-called "cripples" to stand up for our national anthem!
