Well that's a good question, and I imagine the person to ask is a learned theologian. Nevertheless, my guess is unsaved trash are at risk of all kinds of mental and spiritual diseases no matter what, as Salvation is the only prophylactic against such things. Jesus tells us those who aren't latched onto Him (spiritually, not like overly-attached-girlfriend) will be tossed aside and burned (John 15:6). Because there's no expectation of sympathy, I'm not worried one way or the other. I'm safe, you're safe, my brothers and sisters here in Christ are safe. That's enough.

And what are we commanded to do with them?

And how do we judge?
