Poland had the largest population of jews in Europe before the war.

Learn history, you dumb boy. Hitler deported jews from Germany to Poland. And not only from Germany, most jews he deported from France, Belgium and the Netherlands ended up in Poland as well. Why would he go through all that trouble? Clearly, because he could do these things most easily in the most racist place in Europe, Poland.

So what? The US was only 132 Million people in 1940 and we single handily took on German's 80 million, Japan's 73 million, Italy's 43 million and the Soviet Union's 196 million and we won.
