About me -
10-07-2008, 12:08 AM
ok I’ve been told its customary to introduce oneself with a new thread so that’s what I’m doing.
I’m 18 years old and am currently enrolled in community college. I go to church on Sundays and I want to try and start playing volley ball with some of the guys from my church afterwards. On Mondays I do homework with my girlfriend and sometimes we go out to dinner, on Tuesdays I’m at the college from about 8:30AM too 2:00PM after that I usually do some homework or watch T.V. or something. On Wednesdays I go to school at about 8:45AM to do homework and hang out with friends. after that at about 3:00PM I leave to go to my church to help my youth pastor run a church program for teens, usually that lasts from about 4pm to 10pm. on Thursday I have more classes from 8:30 to 2:00 and I usually hang out with friends after until my bible study starts at around 6:30. my Fridays are slow I don’t really do much, sometimes I go out, some times I just do homework. On Saturday I usually go out with friends for the day.
Me and my friends like to go bowling and roller skating sometimes. we also just chill at a restaurant or over at one of our houses pretty often. Right now the hardest class for me is Spanish 1 which I am having trouble learning, but I pray about it and god-willing ill pass. My favorite class is history; I love to learn about the past. I want to be a journalist when I finish school, either that or a traveling pastor (like a missionary). My favorite food is pizza, my favorite T.V. show is either Battlestar Galactica or Top Gear. I love hanging around with my friends and mostly just having fun. I like to snowboard and play video games. i have a dog.
I think that’s about all I can say, but if anyone wants to know anything else just ask and ill answer as best I can.
Luke 14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

That post is entirely too long and it is filled with bad spelling, incorrect punctuation, missing capitalization, and grammatical errors. And it may be the most boring Intro post I've ever read.
It's called the Introduction Forum, not the Daily Intinerary Forum. And by the way, they have a name for guys who play volleyball and like to rollerskate: They're called Faggots.

Give the guy a chance Captain. He may only be bi-curious at this stage.
The devil, whose business is to pervert the truth, mimics the exact circumstance of the Divine Sacraments. He baptises his believers and promises forgiveness of sins...he celebrates the oblation of bread, and brings in the symbol of the resurrection. Let us therefore acknowledge the craftiness of the devil, who copied certain things of those that be divine." Tertullian (155-222 AD) from The Prescription Against Heretics' Ch XL

I wonder how many times this guy was held back?
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.
