Federal prosecutors in Los Angeles announced last year that after a two-year investigation into Armstrong and his cycling teammates, they closed the investigation without filing any charges. Armstrong was being investigated for drug trafficking, money laundering, defrauding the government.

The Feds just want to be able to sue Lance and takes his hard earned millions and give it to welfare cheats and illegal immigrants. I'm almost embarrassed to be an American right now!

The latest attack in the liberal war on chemical sports enhancement: a petition has caused gatorade to remove a flame retardant from its ingredients, merely because it causes "neurological impairment, reduced fertility, changes in thyroid hormones and puberty at an earlier age".And according to wikipedia "memory loss, tremors, fatigue, loss of muscle coordination, headache, and ptosis...as well as elevated serum chloride."

Most of those "symptoms" are bonuses, I would have killed to have puberty at a earlier age - I celebrated my first pimple - the memory loss part means that you won't even remember all the other side effects. You'll just have the sports trophies with no idea how you got them - fine by me.

But obviously the liberals don't care about public heath. The obvious agenda is to cause spontaneous human combustion among jocks everywhere.

I can just see the liberal talking points we'll be hearing endlessly - that unregulated corporations will poison people for profits, jocks are so stupid they'll drink chemical sludge and think it makes them run faster (or watch sports better) blah blah blah. Well if corporations poisoned their customers, they would go out of business since dead people don't buy things. Lance performed super human feats as an athelete. Really, you could call them miracles. Our religion is based on the fact that miracles actually happen. People are cured from cancer through prayer.

Now, I know atheists are unable to understand the cocept of God answering prayers. But, Christians should be able to accept that God gave Lance Armstrong super human strength in answer to the prayers of Lance, himself, and others like those of us at Landover Baptist Church.

I'm not sure to whom you are addressing with your comment (the quote feature helps make that very clear, which contributes to the quality of the discussion), but I agree with you wholeheartedly that our Christian way of life is being threatened at every turn. Why, we are expected to talk about our faith in hushed voices lest some atheist overhear. We can only spread the Good News in church, on the street corner, at school (between classes anyway), in the military, at work, in conjunction with education for private schools, and the like.
