A Delicate Question for my Sisters -
01-01-2011, 09:58 PM
WARNING TO THE MEN: THIS TOPIC DEALS WITH WOMANLY CONCERNS, YOU PROBABLY DON'T WANT TO READ IT.
REALLY, THERE IS NOTHING HERE THAT COULD POSSIBLY BE OF INTEREST TO ANYBODY WHO ISN'T A WOMAN. I JUST WANTED TO WARN YOU THAT READING THIS TOPIC IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME.
OK, I AM GOING TO START TYPING MY TOPIC NOW MEN. PLEASE DO NOT SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU ABOUT HOW UNINTERESTING AND IRRELEVANT THIS IS TO YOUR CONCERNS.
Hello Sisters, I come to you today with a rather delicate question. It's been roughly a month since my last unclean time, and I am heading off to the menstra shack in a few minutes. However, previously I've always been always been able to tell when my issue was about to occur (stomach pains, etc), but this does not seem to be the case this time! Even before I became a True Christian™ and used heathen birth-control, I always knew when I was about to be beset by the curse of Eve, so I'm a little worried!
Now, I've thought about it, and there are only two possible explanations for this. For some reason I don't understand, my issue may be a bit late this month OR I have somehow offended the Lord and have been struck barren. I don't know what I could have possibly done to deserve that, but I'm certainly not ruling out the possibility, and I absolutely cannot think of any other possible reason this could be occurring. I've looked through my Bible for scripture relevant to this, but I couldn't find and verses about why this would happen. Please let me know if I missed something!
And, like I said ladies, I'm very worried about this! If any of you have any advice you can offer me, please do so!

Well my sister was barren for most of her life (didn't have children until she was 40+ even though she was married at 22) she still had her issue. So I don't think barren = no issue.
Late? I've never been one of those who are dead on every 28 days. I've found that life stresses (extreme stress has made me skip months). Have you been under a lot of stress this month? I've also found that sometimes I don't get the warning, well not physically anyway.
You're not that old, so I doubt it's the end of your issue. Although it has been known to happen to some women at a young age. Seems that the youngest to go through menopause was 15 (I hadn't even started at that age ). I would say give it a couple of weeks and if nothing happens, then maybe go to the clinic for a diagnosis.

My Dear Sister in Christ,
There is perhaps a THIRD reason for your concern of the issue. I know your heart is pure for Jesus and the prostitution is in your past. But to put our hearts and minds at ease, I must ask.
Was there a day early last month that seems hazy in recollection? I've been to Key West and the temptations are many. The warm sun and a Godly glass of wine with a meal can sometimes lead to a sinful second glass, and a third..
I'm certain my concerns are unwarranted, but must ask as your Christian Brother.
In the love of Jesus Christ
Matthew 19:14 "But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven."

So barren women still get their issue? Are you quite sure about this, Sister? Not that I doubt your word, but maybe there are exceptions to that, right? I just want to be totally sure what my problem is before I start praying for a solution, because I don't want to bother God with frivolous prayers.
I have been a little more stressed than usual lately, due to my new job. Brother James has been working me very hard and I admit I sometimes feel spread a little thin. I've never had this problem before so I'm hoping its just the stress and not God smiting me with early menopause.

Brother, I did do my best to warn all the men here. It is by its nature a bit of a disgusting topic, but I was just so worried that I had to reach out to my Sisters in Christ. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Brother Harold, thank you for your concern, but I can assure you that the ONLY explanations for this must either be stress or God smiting me with barrenness.
Even ignoring the fact that I'm a True Christian™ lady and would never get herself into any of THAT sort of trouble, I have been very dutiful working for Brother James and simply would not have even had the time to be doing anything of that sort.
I know you're looking out for me Brother, but trust me, there is absolutely no way THAT could have happened! I hope.

I keep her close to me at all times. I don't think she could have had a relapse into whoredom. I work her very hard every day, short of the sex stuff she is like a wife to me. Quite often she goes to bed dripping wet from her duties.

Praise Jesus Sister!
I only asked from personal experience. Twenty years after leaving the gayness, there remain certain things that I need to avoid in my walk with Christ. Bowling alleys are off limits; the pins remind me of the sodomy I so craved.
Love in Jesus.

I hear you! I was just reminded of my vile, disgusting unsaved past. Let's just say I was fondly known as the kool aid man. I still get calls from certain Jezebels every month or so!

Well, it's not like she didn't give the men here lots of warning that something disgusting was about to be discussed.

From what I understand being barren is a broad subject with no real answers. Sometimes the issue stops, sometimes it doesn't. Although from what I understand, if it does stop then it's classified as menopause.

You know, I would think that this is it. I've missed a few in my life because of stress.

Hello Sister Lycia! Your Sister BelieverInGod has given you good advice and insight. I agree it could very well be stress. Also, have you been fasting? That's messed up my cycle before ... but the usual culprit is stress.
Please try not to worry about it anymore since that will only prolong it. Worry = stress.
I leave you with Matthew 6:34
Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
YIC
But whosoever shall deny me before men,
him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

My dad gave me my first one when I was 11! He made me Praise the Lord so hard that I just became unclean.
I always thought eating fruits helped during times like this when our thingy wasn't right, you know?

That is good advice Sister, and I wish I could follow it. I've been craving cantaloupe all day, but I'm just so sick with worry about this I don't think I could keep anything down.

Search for Lycia's Introduction in the Introduction forum. Therein she describes her former life of debauchery and prostitution until she found Jesus and Landover Baptist Church and was saved. Eventually she became a True Christian™ and her virginity was spiritually restored. Now she is saving her new virginity for a future True Christian™ husband. Her's is a truly inspiring story and gives one the warm fuzzies.

I am well aware of Sister Lycia's background, but I was merely asking more about the physical nature of her worries.
The story about her spiritually restored virginity is truly inspiring, but in what way is that related to her worries? Or are you implying something?

I am a bit worried about my mistress Sister Lycia, she has been in her room crying all day. I have been on my knees all day with Rev. Jim praying for her. Please join me in my our prayer that she receives her monthly visitor.

This relates to your question about "more sick with worry in the morning." I took it (and I believe Sister Janine did too) that you might be broaching the question of morning sickness, a symptom often accompanying a condition for 9 months that only fertile women would encounter. That would be out of the question because of Sister Lycia's revirgination.
Were you asking if she worried more in the morning than in the afternoon or evening? Maybe I am thinking in too many different languages today and getting them all mixed up.
