'Fap' has become a common internet slang that is a verb for 'masturbation'.
It's actually quite common, and if you were to go to Urban Dictionary, or even sites such as Youtube you would see it in use.
I sure hope the last poster wasn't banned for that reason, because if he was shame on the admins. He told the truth in his answer, Google it, and warned not to harm the messenger.
