Previously, it meant anyone born in the USA, but now conservative bloggers have proven that the founding fathers really meant "natural born" to apply only when BOTH parents are US citizens. And since Obama's dad was a witch doctor from Kenya, there are perfectly legal grounds to declare the 2008 election null and void, thus making John McCain the president by default.
Obama's dad: Doesn't even look American
Now, even though it's true that six previous US presidents had at least one parent who was not a US citizen, that was before 9/11. And as everyone knows, 9/11 changed everything.
I hope that this clarifies matters.

the founding fathers meant "natural born citizen" to apply only
when both parents were US citizens, why didn't they write that into
the Constitution? Most of them were well-versed in law. If that's what
they wanted that's what they should have written. It isn't that
complicated. If you think anyone has "proven" what the founding
fathers "really meant" (but apparently didn't write) then show us the
evidence if you know what evidence is. But if they did mean natural
born citizen to be a person whose parents were born in the actual
United States, then not only the first 9 presidents were elected
illegally, there were a few others who would not pass the test of two
parents having been born in the US because there was no US for them to
be born in. James Buchanan's father, for one, was not even born in
what was to become the United States, he was born in Ireland.
In addition to that, most states had nothing approaching a registered
birth certificate until about 1900, so anyone born before that time is
unlikely to have had one.
If you are going to rewrite the constitution you'd better be ready to
rewrite history. But first you have to know what the history was in
order to rewrite it, and clearly, you don't know what it was.
