No, thats not what I think, but i do think that the context has to be taken into consideration.
You assumed I thought that, in which case I didn't.
But are you saying that women are stupid? Are you saying that men are better?
At least Christ treated women with dignity at a time when women were treated very badly.
Oh yes, you trying to say that women are not educated? A long time ago, that never happend. Women were to stay at home with family commitments, housework ect ect, whereas nowadays, they have jobs, and have education.
They are no less than any man.

Why would a book written by God (who is perfect) have to be deciphered? It's perfect the way it is. If God wanted to change things He'd just write another one and present homers, dykes and feminazis in a more positive light don't you think?

it has to be deciphered because it can be misunderstood in some senses, yes the meanings are perfect and good, like God, but its all too easy to read it the wrong way.You have to understand it properly. If you do not know this by now, something is not right.
"homers, dykes and feminazis"- well I have a story about that-I had a friend who was attracted to other females. She used to be Christian, but she was torn between what she wanted, and what God wanted for her. She even tried to pursuede me to turn away from God, which failed. After a while, a lot of hassle, it ended up where I was praying for her to be saved, and that she wouldnt go back to having those type of relationships with other girls. She used to say that it didnt feel right with being straight .I didn't scream it to her face that she was "trash" as I assume now that you probably would have done, i didnt judge her, but God indeed did save her. She isnt trash now. I never once outcasted her for doing wrong.
Why do you outcast people? Why not pray for them instead of kicking them about? Or do you not know what praying is anymore, or doubt God's power?

Why do you hate your friend so much?
If you'd loved her as a friend you'd have kicked that evil Demon Outta her as soon as it arrived. What kind of person turns their back on another and lets them run the risk of getting a Gay Plague or some such Homer disease.

This one's real easy to read and has an obvious meaning...
Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
See? Doesn't say nothing about trying to understand them; it says kill them.

Nope. On average, they're valued at 24% less. The Bible has them as between 1/3 and 1/2 less (Leviticus 27:3-7). That's quite a bit less.

And you have to understand that, if something's perfect, it must be perfectly clear; to be unclear is a sign of imperfection. Sorry queeryboy, but your argument doesn't hold water.

Friend, I pray every day! Just less than half an hour ago, I composed a special little prayer asking Jesus to send a huge fireball of horrifically painful death to consume Nancy Pelosi and all her children and grandchildren. So don't ever claim that we doubt the value of prayer.
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.
God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

That's funny, In one sentence you claim that we don't know about ALL the special things that you have (given by the Lord). In the next you tell US to be humble.

Friend, I don't DO nouns. I DO verbs.
Most of us here have our own prayer closets. Some are better furnished than others. Brother Worthington has a beautiful prayer closet with nice leather chairs.
Matthew 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
If you are familiar with the Lord's prayer, lets look at a few verses before it. (We seem to be deviating from the 10 commandment theme of this thread and heading into a prayer section.) But I'll continue anyway.
Matthew 6:8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.
So, why would I want to, or need to, pray for anyone else, when God knows what I need (before I ask Him)?
You seem to be the one to think that by praying that you can impose your will upon the Lord. Friend, it is the Lord who imposes His Will on you.
Matthew 6:10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Are you doing the Lord's will?
What fruit do you bear?

Can you show me anywhere in the Bible (KJV1611) where it says that women are men's equals?
Can you show me where it says that women are worth as much as men?
If you have a problem, the problem shouldn't lie with us, who accept the whole bible (kjv1611) the problem is that you are brainwashed by people who like the "feelgood" parts of the bible (not KJV1611).
Praise Jesus.

Not really. If I thought I was inferior to women, or had to obey them, I can see how that might be a problem for me, but thinking of women as property doesn't really seem that problematic to me. However, seeing as the Holy Bible clearly supports my position, you may have a bit of a problem if you continue to claim that Jesus was a bra-burning militant feminist, seeing as that would require you to tell lies about Jesus, which He really isn't very keen on.

So then you're a sissy, right? How else can you explain the empty-headed female mentality you are exhibiting here?
If you want to set us straight, why not go over to the introductions section and tell us about your sinful heathen life.
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

I think they might be one of those things you're just meant to get rid of:

So if you're a Godly misogynist who acknowledges that women are inferior, what's the problem?
