As a True Christian musician, songwriter and music lover, I can confidently say that there's more bad music out there than good, and what's bad is really bad.

Music is a means of communication that bypasses the reasoning parts of the brain and goes right to the emotions. Now if you're listening to wholesome Christian music, the worst that might happen is that you will shuffle back and fourth on your feet and shout to the LORD.

If you really know the history of music and listen to some great classical and then some metal you can find the same things.
