Yes! Please remember Hiroshima 70 years ago and please pray for peace! -
08-06-2015, 02:56 AM
Yes. It is Harsha Shah here. It has been 70 years since the Americans were bombing Japan for the first time with the atomic bomb. It was an atrocity of a scale that had never taken place before. Some have been saying that it helped to end the war and save lives because of that but it did not help those tens of thousands who had not been fighting but who were the victims of this weapon.
No. It didn't.
Let us remember the survivors. They are the hibakusha. They are suffering every day because of the radiation and the pain and the memories. Yes.
Let us pray that this will never happen again. It is my faith to try to say "yes" to everything. I can be saying yes to the fact that this was taking place but otherwise I am saying "no" this time.
In the gospel of Luke Chapter 2 (Luke 2:14) your Jesus wished peace on earth. Let us pray for that. Yes. We are sharing the world and if we are praying together, wonders will happen. Yes.
"Ecclesiastes 3:7
A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak."Yes. Women are saving lives. It is time we are speaking! Yes!

Peace through superior firepower! 70 years ago we showed those slants who ruled the Pacific, and they've been kissing our backsides and appeasing us with tinier and tinier electronics ever since. If only we had known it would have had that effect we would have bombed Germany as well. Think of how sweet my Mercedes and Porsche would be today if the Krauts had been given the same incentive as the Gooks!
Psalm 137:9 Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.

It is truly horrible that god made us do this to other people. He realized they were atheists and unleashed the fury.

Nukes and gooks, like peanut butter and jelly, they just go together.
I see a slant melting from the warm glow of Gods gift of U-235 and to be honest, I cannot tell when the flesh begins to melt, much like a grilled cheese.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

This day serves as a reminder of a better time, when America used to smite their enemies, in accordance with God's wishes. Back then, even godless Democrats were thirsty for the blood of the unsaved who presumed to try to tread on America. Oh, how things have changed in these latter days.
Why, since we have plenty of these highly effective bombs, do we not sprinkle them on our enemies? We could incinerate the Chinamen, the Arabs, Iran, Africa, Sweden, California, the North Korean Chinamen and the other Chinamen and every other country that displeases God and America and still have plenty of bombs left. I don't see what is the use of having the fool things around if you aren't going to use them.
God judgeth the righteous, And God is angry with the wicked every day- Psalm 7:11

Mr. Moss, I hope I am not offending you, but Jesus was telling us to love our enemies, eh? Yes, he was. " Luke 6:27But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you." I am not certain if using nuclear weapons is good to them. I may be mistaken and I would really appreciate if you could tell how these different things can all be Christian at the same time. Yes. If I am being rude, I apologize. Yes.

Hello Harsha,
Since Madame Curie and maybe even before, the somewhat annoying effect of radiation on the human body has been known. Some involuntary participants even snuffed it. This makes using nuclear weapons on people at least somewhat less than good to them.
Jeremiah 6:21 Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will lay stumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the sons together shall fall upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall perish.
Best wishes for the people in Ukraine.

First of all, let me assure you that using nuclear weapons on our enemies is good for them in many ways. You should know that ours is an angry God, stern and unyielding, cruel and yet just. The scriptures are filled with God's destruction of His enemies. Let us use the Psalms as an example. Check out Psalm 68:21 and Psalm 143:12. Those are songs of praise and so the wording is short and catchy. For more serious instruction, please refer to your Bible.

If God did not want the US of A to nuke the nips twice, He would not of had it happen. It is not our place to question His Divine Wisdom regarding the dropping of nuclear devices on civilians.

Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

Righteous Pastor Ezekiel:
I need your advice on how to feel about this.
PRO: It delivered God's love and judgement to the heathens.
CON: The bomb was a hummaseckshul bomb. Enola GAY?
Please help. I do not wish my soul to be in danger for not siding with God.
Was the event a good thing, or was it part of a larger hummasexkshul agenda?
Thank you Pastor.

I will pray for your soul. You worship the false Liberal Jesus. All that loving your neighbor stuff, feeding the poor....
From the newly released Fox News Translation (FNT™) of the New Testament:
Fox News Jesus™ Sermon on the Mount
"And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and the Holy Spirit filled him with the opportunity to exploit a new market. And so, they came unto Him – the lame, the sick, the infirm, and the demon possessed – and asked for Him to heal them. Jesus spake, saying, 'If thou hast a shekel, then cast it into the basket before me, and I will heal you.' And those who had a shekel were healed and they praised God.
But the poor among them raised a great lamentation, and said unto Him, 'Please heal us also Master, for we are sick and cannot work, therefore we have no shekel. Our children are starving and without food.'”
And he spake unto them, saying, 'Get thee hence, loafers and welfare bums. Am I my brother’s keeper?
Am I to be exploited by those who do not care for themselves? I work my Holy and Glorious Behind off healing people all day long, and shall I labor for no shekels?'"
And verily did Jesus take the free fish and wine that had been being distributed to them.
'Go thou, takers, the disabled, homeless vets, and people who choose to be poor and reform thy ways.'"

Yes, Thank you everyone for your responses. I am seeing that not all of you respect the suffering as much as I perhaps do but you are remembering this atrocity. You are remembering these people. Yes. And remembrance is what these victims are needing lest we forget. Yes.
When it comes to Hiroshima, it is a time to speak, not the time to keep silence.

Yes, Mr. Hammer. I am sorry if this is offensive but aren't you referring to thermonuclear bombs, fusion weapons or hydrogen bombs. According to our school curriculum they were developed in 1952, yes, and the Hiroshima bomb was a fission weapon, an A-bomb? Yes? Of course, an atrocity is an atrocity but the devastation caused by a fusion weapon would have been even more of a tragedy. I am happy to have you here having a conversation with me and I am sure you are also praying for the innocent victims. Yes.

You've gone and annoyed me once again, harpy!
You're obviously mired in the secularist view of history and lack any true knowledge of anything whatsoever. Jesus and I will both be awaiting your humble apology.

Yes, Mr. Hammer. I was afraid I would offend you and I am sorry. It is true that the differences between A-bombs and H-bombs is academical and both are very effective tools of violence. yes.
