Excellent news, Pastor.

Decree No3 “On the Prevention of Social Dependence” was adopted in 2015. The document imposes a special tax – equivalent to about 200 U.S. dollars – upon Belarusians who work less than 183 days a year and do not sign up at the country’s labor bureaus.

It is interesting (and probably significant) that for every 30 idle layabouts taxed in this way, they will get $6,000, which is roughly the per capita GDP of Belarus. So the fine is based on 30 x Belarusian layabouts = one productive member of society. The 30 layabouts are perhaps the equivalent here of the 30 pieces of silver exchanged for the betrayal of Jesus.
If we do the math, then the fine for US layabouts needs to be set around $1,750 - say $2,000 to allow for the undoubted growth we are already seeing under Brother President Trump. This will make growth even higher!
