I seem to have forgotten if it is a sin to dream or not. I certainly hope not because I have had a recurring, troubling dream on several occasions now. My dream always starts out innocently with me sitting by the beach in a lawn chair reading my King James. Then, out of nowhere, Charles Darwin appears and starts making sexual advances on me. It seems that no matter how hard I try to fight, I always wind up face down in the sand getting jack-hammered by Darwin. I realise of course this is a common Christian dream that most of us Christian guys have from time to time, but I can't help feeling guilty upon awakeing.
Last Sunday I stood up before my congregation and explained my dream in explicit detail to my fellow Christians who had a somewhat mixed reaction. There were a few giggles, a few "amens", a few moans and a few men began to perspire heavily. I was told it is a several step program to rid myself from this dream, that I must first eliminate Darwin by concentrating on someone else like Ray Comfort at bedtime. Any advice?

What a disgusting dream! I would certainly be ashamed of myself if I dreamed such a thing! Kudos to you for being honest and brave enough to tell us of your shame.

It's not *quite* as bad as it sounds. Darwin, or 'Daddy Chuck' as he refers to himself, is acually somewhat polite as my dream starts. He asks me if I'd like a drink and inquires about my astrological sign for some reason. Then he invites me to come over and see the insides of a beagle, which is puzzling, but must have some hidden meaning. It wouldn't be so bad if it were a strapping young Darwin, but in my recurring dream, he is very old and wearing odd attire. He has a black leather biker hat, a black leather vest with no shirt and black leather assless chaps.
I am a fourth generation home schooled Christian, my great grand father being German Baptist and my great grandmother being Amish, so I have a somewhat limited view of the secular world and have no idea how to interpret my recurring dream. I'm hoping it is from baby Jesus somehow, I'll try to look for more details the next time the dream occurs. YIC

I believe Jesus is trying to tell you He is displeased by the way Darwin's ideas are being used to rape the innocent minds of young school children everywhere. Probably Jesus is asking you to take action. Have you considered trying to get elected to your local school board?

There's nothing I would like better than getting elected to my local school board, but a Godless secular judge took satan's side in a recent hearing I was forced to attend. At present time I am not allowed by law (man's inferior law) to be within one thousand yards of young children, but my court appointed, home schooled, attorney's aid claims he may be able to pull some strings with the legal system and get that reduced to eight hundred yards sometime in the near future. In my defense, all I did was pray with some school boys, but a social worker mistakenly claimed it was preying, which is splitting hairs in my opinion. My legal counsel relied heavily on the fact that more than half of natures animals are naturally predators, so being considered a predator of whatever type shouldn't be a big deal, but jurors seem to be a real nit picky bunch for some reason.
